Listened well and explained treatment plan
Saw Dr. Hou on short notice for severe abdominal pain and congestion. He listened well and discussed treatment options. He was very friendly and speaks perfect English in case anyone wondered. As my current primary care doctor will be retiring, Dr. Hou will be my choice for a new doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

knowledgeable, compassionate Internal Med Doctor
Dr. Hou is very knowledgeable and compassionate, and he listens well. I feel he is an excellent internal medicine physician and an exceptionally good primary care provider. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Hou is one of the most down-to-earth doctors I’ve ever encountered. He’s been my PCP for about a year now, and honestly I could not be happier. He listens well, is kind, and just a very nice professional all around. I highly recommend him.

I went to a last minute preop exam for an upcoming surgery. Was unable to get into my regular Dr . But very pleasantly surprised at getting Dr Hou. I felt he took my fears and concerns very seriously and able to make sure all my questions were answered in a very down to earth way and I left feeling more peace . He also had a good bedside manner and was very nice.. Would definately recommend and would go back anytime.

I never posted any reviews for a doctor before, But Dr. Hou gave my mom the best care that I could have imagined from a family doctor, and I think that he deserves a great review here. My mom got cancer 3 years ago. A few months ago, her cancer was back. We started to see Dr. Hou last October when my parents moved to MN from another state. In the first visit, he helped us to call the specialists directly so that my mom could be seen earlier. He is patient and knowledgeable. Thank you, Dr. Hou!

The rudest doctor I have ever met. Came to him with sudden loss of use in my leg, severe depression, and wanting to establish a relationship with a new doctor. This guy treated me like dirt because part of my treatment plan for pain included the use of hydrocodone. I was unhappy with my old doctor, and he, in no uncertain terms told me I had to stay with my old doctor. He told me I could not change doctors. Have filed complaints and will be contacting the Minnesota Board of Medicine.
