I went to visit Dr. Lu for an annual check. Then, a nurse called me and ask for the credit card. I asked her what this is for, and she said it's DEFINITELY something wrong with my body.....no explanation and very rude... I mean I am your patient right, if there is some procedure I don't understand, can you please just explain to me. When I went and complain to the nurse, and told her I came here because my friend recommend and seems that what I experience is not right.. Guess what the nurse asked me: WHAT IS YOUR FRIEND'S BIRTHDAY????????DON'T COME. THE WHOLE CENTER WON'T CARE HOW YOU FEEL. THEY JUST WANT MONEY!

She is always very helpful and flexible to assist her patients. My wife who is fluent in Chinese is always able to talk to her and and communicates well.

Horrible MD. I wouldn't take my dog to her. She doesn't care about her patients at all. It's all about the bottom dollar for her. Beware!

I and my family has trusted Dr Lu since we moved to Dallas 10 years ago. We were so lucky to find such a compassionate and knowledgeable physician. She is very professional and constantly do follow up with the patients.
My son and daughter always felt secure and very confortable with her.
