Dr. Xi Tian, MD

Absolutely horrible. He is disrespectful, rude and condesending. I have changed clinics. I went to this clinic for three years with no problems. The dr. Left and I was assigned to this Dr. Three visits with him and I was done. My primary suggested I change clinics. My primary will not refer to them again. After speaking to my insurance company, they filed a grievance on my behalf. I also filed a complaint with the board of health. I have never been treated with such disrespect.

When I first started seeing Dr. Tian in Olympia, Puyallup then Lacey, my care was great. Over time, it got worse until I was left hanging twice when I had urgent and critical issues. Issues severe enough for my surgeon to refer me to a new pain specialist, and serious enough for me to file a written complaint with management. I am not sure at what point the care went dramatically downhill, but I feared I would be without the care I needed, and then I WAS! One day post-OP it took THREE days to finally get an insulting call back. Other than to be insulted no results. The staff at all locations are nice, but towards the end, I felt like a few specifically were putting me on endless hold in order to ignore me. My husband had to drive IN PERSON to get my medication pre-authorized after two days of calling to no avail. The one star is for the staff that was kind and helpful until the end. Even with great staff, with inadequate physician care, patients are still at risk and left in pain. I

This guy does not like patient input. He knows everything you know nothing. Withheld my pain medication after I used nyquil and alcohol showed up in my urine analysis. This after already cutting my pain meds by 75% in the 3 months before without tapering or anything. When asked why, he stated "because I can, I'm the Dr." W.C.F.P.M. has other doctors at other locations that will help you and work with you. Stay away from the Puyallup office and this idiot. I got the same reaction from other patients that are just going through the motions to get their meds. Jump through the hoop.

If there was a less than one star review, I would use it. What a condescending jerk. After a long wait, I spent less than ten minutes in this guy's office only to be yelled at. I was going to send a letter to the medical director of this clinic until I read his reviews. Advice: Run far and fast from these "Dr's ??" What makes them think that they can treat anyone with such arrogance! Don't let your insurance pay one dime to these idiots.

My elderly mother came back to the car in tears because of this quacks 3 min diagnosis for the pain she has had for 20+ years, including being terse and condescending. All this after an hour and 45 min wait, avoid at all costs.
