Uncomfortable visit
While performing a routine pap, he made an odd inappropriate comment about the size of my reproductive organs. I was gonna let it slide cuz I wanted to get outta there. But he also managed to pinch my skin in the equipment. And by ‘skin’, I’m gonna let you figure out where I’m referring to, given the type of exam. Lastly, I called and asked for a refill, on a very basic skin cream and he wouldn’t call it in, (he was the original prescriber). Wouldn’t recommend and won’t go back

Dr. Xavier Parreno is a physician that is the most in touch with the medicine and the community that he services. I feel secure that he fully understands my challenges and is able to provide multiple solutions that are achievable. You walk away feeling like you're be treated as if you're a family member.

Dr. Parreno is a compassionate, well respected doctor in our community. He dedicated his life to help and treat an under-served community such as Waukegan. I've been Dr. Parreno's patient since my early teens and never had a problem. He makes me feel comfortable and heard. Sure his wait time is long and that's to no exaggeration BUT it is worth it. He is one of the few doctors I've come across that literally gives you his undivided attention. Who doesn't make you feel unimportant nor ignored.

He's the best. His new office is beautiful and comfortable. Doctor is extremely thorough with his exams and questions. He actually lets you talk without cutting you off like a lot of other doctors AND, he listens! He may seem kind of "dry" at first personality wise but he's not, he's just crazy busy! He cares so much he spends lots of time with each patient so bring something to do while waiting. Every specialist he's sent me to are also top notch. Great doctor! Great staff!
