Dr. Wynne Huang, MD

1. You will never see her aka the doctor. You will either get a nurse or a student working there to see you.2. This place is just a Medispa not an actual doctor doctor office where you can actually see a doctor to be your actual PCP and help.3. The front desk is a mess. You will never get someone to actually respond back when you call. It usually go to voicemail and they ask to leave a message.4. Recommendation: Find a real PCP.

My first visit, I wasn't told that I was going to see an NP instead of Dr. Huang. Not a big deal though, because the NP was great. But my past experience with other PCPs is that the office will communicate clearly with me who I am going to see that day. On another visit with Dr. Huang, my concerns and conditions were dismissed when I brought them up during my appointment (e.g., severe eczema) because I was simply told that my lifestyle is wrong. I've always had issues trusting doctors and this made me lose trust again. Eventually, I sought out another doctor who 1) listened to my concerns with full attention and empathy, 2) gave me treatment options, and 3) prescribed helpful medication. Office staff was often confused and not well trained. Not their fault though, they were still kind to me.

I had some very scary interactions including out of date medical advice and screaming office manager. I left the practice.

First, changing doctor. Went there for first visit and I never even met the doctor that I made an appointment for nor talked to her on the phone. Don't get me wrong, the intern and nurse was nice but I spent nearly 3 hours for the entire visit and I guess she was just that busy... without going into details (trying to be understanding of the staffs) I feel if I just have had the doctor it would have been significantly shorter! I got my test results and I don't know if maybe I'm old school and out of time, but what happened to the doctor explaining it to you, I got a person on the phone to tell me the Dr. told me to check the portal and the Dr. didn't want to speak to me about the results... I would put 1 star but 2 for effort, being nice...

I have been a patient of Dr. Huang’s for many years now (which is a first for me), and have no intention of switching even though I now live in Gloucester. I have the utmost faith and trust in her. Never once have I felt rushed, she listens to everything I have to say and I find her extremely compassionate. I have recommended several of my friends and they too all love her.

Doctor is very kind and knowledgeable, her positive attitude will always make us feel better. Very responsible and knowledgeable staff members. I really appreciate the whole team.

Dr. Huang is an amazing physician that goes above and beyond for her patients. I moved to MA 3 years ago and got lucky with selecting her as my PCP. She is compassionate, respectful, and is very knowledgeable with providing care.

Dr Huang is an amazing doctor. She is thorough and extremely caring about her patients. She always makes a point to make sure i understand the diagnosis and treatment for why i am there. Her office hours are flexible and her staff always goes the extra mile to fit me in

I left this appointment feeling very uncomfortable. The doctor was pretty rude and her nurse was too. It seemed like the nurse didn't even want to be there. Not only that but she seemed like she was getting irritated by my baby yelling and cooing. I had to wait in the exam room for almost an hour, when there was no one there. I usually leave doctor's appointments feeling good, but I felt extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Dr. HUANG IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR. I'VE BEEN GOING TO HER FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND I JUST LOVE HER. SHE'S SO WARM AND FRIENDLY AND HELPS YOU WITH ALL YOUR NEEDS. SHE'S ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND SPENDS AS MUCH TIME WITH YOU AS YOU WANT. IF YOU NEED REFERALS, SHE'S ALWAYS THERE TO HELP. HER STAFF IS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. IF YOU CALL THE OFFICE WITH A PROBLEM, THEY GET BACK TO YOU RIGHT AWAY. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT DR. HUANG AND I'M SO GLAD SHE'S MY DOCTOR. CAROL MURPHY
