I would like to describe to you all the most unprofessional pediatric experience I have ever encountered! Not only did this individual not know that I had an appointment, but he also greeted me with “Are you in the right place?” Because he was unaware of my appointment, he behaved as though my presence was bothersome. He apparently was on his way “out.”; although the practice had only been open for an hour. As the interaction continued, he stated that my child couldn’t be seen because he need records that he never informed me about prior. I proceed to cancel the appointment, only to be met with his insensitive banter. In conclusion, this is an incredibly RUDE and INCOMPETENT doctor. Completely and UTTERLY unprofessional! I urge you strongly to choose another pediatrician!
