Dr. Wilson Tabe Sr, MD

I have been in treatment for years, I usually do not write reviews, however I am doing this in the hope that someone will read mine and disregard some of the negative reviews. I will start by saying Dr. tabe is more than a doctor, he has become a friend to my husband and I. We started treatment years ago, it saved our lives and our marriage. I could list 100 reasons and things that he has done to make sure we succeed. he has such compassion to addicts and has been their for us, he gets it, but you have to be honest and open with him. I have multiple family and friends that have been to him and we all talk about how grateful and thankful we are to have him, we can always count on him, and for an addict having a doctor who is always there for you provides the stability you need. I’m so thankful he is a part of my recovery and don’t know how my life would have turned out without him! I thank god every night that I am in control of my addiction, that I am healthy, and that he is my doctor!

My doctor is the BEST doctor in the world. He always knows what is best for my family as his patients. We love and respect him for who he is and for how he treats us. Even if we move away, we will still keep him as our doctor.

I have been a suboxone patient of Dr. Tabe for several months. I not only would but have recommended him to friends and family. His staff is caring and very respectful to me. I work out of town but Dr. Tabe goes above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule. I know he is sincerely concerned about my health and well being. Dr. Tabe always listens to me without judgement even through short comings with the program. I am proud to say, I call Dr. Tabe my doctor but more importantly, a friend!

I have been a patient of Dr Take for 13 years. He had always been thorough, professional, caring, concerned and am all around awesome doc. He's been treating my whole entire family and we all love him and recommend him to engine that we know. Looking forward too him being my doctor for many more years to come.

I was a little late for my appointment but the staff was kind enough to fit me in. Dr. Tabe was friendly, efficient, and professional. I felt he addressed all of my concerns and even asked about prior complaints.

The Dr. is a complete joke! Will never visit his place again. He has zero care for any patients.

Very Rude, you are not the only doctor in Goldsboro to go to so keep running your patients away with your attitude

Dr. Tabe is hostile to his patients and does not recognize even those who have been treated by his practice for a number of years. His office did bloodwork that was lost and never recovered, but I was still charged. He schedules follow-up visits every couple of months for bogus reasons to create opportunities for patients to have to come in to pay (and have their insurance pay) more money. I have been pushed around by this office long enough. Time to find a new doctor.

Dr. Tabe goes out of his way to make things difficult for his suboxone patients just as a show of power. Forces you to prioritize him over work and family. He also forces a bogus counseling on you that has nothing to do with the program! It's a racket!! Staff is judgemental. Tabe is not there to help, he does not care if you succeed. He just wants money and a boost to his ego...also, they dont honor appointments, better be early if you want to be seen on time. There are better options, find one
