Will not go back

I was there for a new patient appointment. I was 15 minutes early for an 8:45 appointment. At 9:15 I asked the receptionist what the issue was - I was told he had not made it to the office. I asked if this was normal and was told yes. I was also told that it is ok for him to be late because he was the Dr. When he finally walked in around 9:45 AM he just walked by the patients and did not even apologize - when I went to the back, I asked again if it is normal for him to be late and the Dr heard me and said if I did not like it I could reschedule. No apology, just rudeness.

He prescribed me something that calmed my anxiety down. I felt he made it easy for me to get the care I need rather than hindering me. I was able to quit cigarettes for about a week due to being in his care and him validating my concerns.

Staff good attention and the Dr Willy Noel excellent Dr. they need to improve the connections with the pharmacies and improve the computer systems update, thanks Dr Willy for your excellent attention with the patient and explain clearly.

This clinic is very pleasant! Every bit of my visit was friendly and the staff were all nice! Dr.Noel answered all of my questions and concerns. Can’t wait for my next visit!!

this doctor is horrible he is very rude and he just like to give you appointments and that way he can get more money. he don't like to listens to you and answers you questions.
