From the onset of my first phone call into Dr. Wu's office, the scheduler was very accommodating. It felt like they bent over backwards to get me with minimal impediment to my personal schedule. Upon arrival to my initial consult, the front office staff was friendly and pleasant to speak with. Dr. Wu's assistant, Christian, continued the kind and professional demeanor. My visit with Dr. Wu was everything I hoped it would be. Dr. Wu greeted me and gave me the impression that he cared for me as a patient and person. He carefully evaluated all of my MRI images in combination with the radiologist report. He diagramed what his medical opinion was and explained in great detail what the recommended procedures were and his expectations for improvement. He also took the time to advise me of what the alternative measures would look like assuming his initial plan was ineffective. Lastly, he was not too quick to suggest injections for my neck and lower back. Instead, he opted to wait for a nerve doctor report to be generated before deciding on any additional procedures. This entire experience has left me feeling like I'm in good hands. I cannot be more pleased and I feel comfortable in Dr. Wu's hands. I look forward to provided updated reviews after my procedures have been completed.

My first impression of Dr. Wu was that he was a nice guy and qualified practitioner. After my third (very expensive) procedure I saw a different side of him. Not only was he condescending to me he overdosed me on anesthesia and then blamed another physician. I would certainly look in a different direction for pain management doctor. He is there to make money and at that part he is very good. If you can't tell I don't like this guy at all.

Providers were pleasant. However, when questioning a double charge, the billing department will not return calls.

First off, be ready to spend 550.00 just to see Dr. Wu. Then he will have you go and spend another 1300.00 on tests to prove that you have a problem. So it's about 700.00 for a nerve test, about 250.00 for an MRI, and 100.00 plus for blood tests. So again, it will be 2100.00 to prove that you need pain medication. Then 120.00 a month thereafter. And another 1000.00 for shots in the back that don't work. He thought I was poor and said that he didn't think I could afford the tests. He was wrong. So I basically invested 3000.00 into this doctor trying to find pain relief and he will only prescribe 1 pill for day 1 pill night. All of these drug and fake shot doctors are the same. Most will have you do tests with other doctors they know so that they can share the money. All this time the Cheyanne office is really nice, but the office staff are complete imbeciles. They are rude, ignorant and condescending. You invest time and money to find pain relief and you get none. None

Dr Wu is a horrible Dr. He treated my mother so badly. He wouldn't even listen to an elderly patient. He wasn't interested in helping her if she didn't want a procedure. Obviously, they only care about how much money they can make from you and not helping you. There are better Drs

I have been a patient of Dr. Wu for 3 years. He always takes the time to listen and explain. Prior to Dr. Wu I saw several other Doctors for my back pain. The others were either pushing pain pills, rushing through the doctor visits, not listening, or pushing surgery. I recommend Dr. Wu to anyone who truly wants a good Doctor who is thorough, caring, patient, honest and does not perform unnecessary procedures.

I’ve gone to Dr. Wu for my chronic neck pain and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received. Dr. Wu was patient and has always been helpful. I was also impressed with their nice facility and the caring staff and friendly can-do attitude and smiles. Honestly, I was skeptical because the bad reviews below, but after my first consultation with Dr. Wu, I was truly surprised how inaccurate these reviews are.

The office staff was rude. Wouldn't explain a billing question. Another patient was talking about how they treat you like a druggie and they do. This Dr is rude, arrogant, they just want you to do injections because that's where they make their money. They don't care at all about you. My wife is a nurse & friends with one of the PA that worked here before(5 were fired for not pushing injections)and they said how horrible they are. They don't care about you and will talk bad about the patients
