8 years with Dr Witmer
I transferred 8 years ago to Wi.I did much research to find a good cardiologist I was impressed with Dr. Witmer's education and experience in not just Wi but education in other great hospitals in the country. Not just Wi. That is key to me!He has taken great care of me and I am a patient with complex cardiac issues. He is on top of everything. He makes me feel so comfortable and safe.He has a very warm understanding personality and listens to all my concerns.He has a great staff all Efficient in my care. A Great nursing staff and they always stay in good contact with me.It is a great cardiac hospitalThank you Dr Witmer for all your time and great care!

My opinion failed to diagnose and review records
In my opinion my case was a preventable problem. After an infected port from chemo, I had severe sepsis. After that I was diagnosed with endocarditis. Not sure why people wanted to believe I had a congenital bicuspid valve. My heart enlarged and I was in heart failure for a long time before it was figured out the valve was damaged by the severe sepsis.

I had 2 stents put in my heart. Dr. Winter was amazing, kind, and extremely skilled. He made me feel like everything was going to be ok. In a situation like that, it’s what you need/want. Just an all around amazing doctor who always has time for any and all of your questions. 5 star and then some.
