Neuro Exam
Even though Dr. William Watson wasn't the doctor I should have seen, he did a thorough exam, discussed the MRA results of my brain. The exam was documented in detail and he signed the report. He told me to get a copy of the report when I checked out. He referred me to a Neurointervental specialist. He listen to my concerns and issues. He did not rush me during the exam. Dr. Watson, thank you for seeing me today and for the appropriate referral to the Neurointervental specialist. I know it put you behind seeing other patients, but I am grateful for the information shared with me today.Thank you to the front desk staff and the nurses that were so kind while I was there.

I saw Dr. Watson once. It was for an ER follow-up, at a time when I was experiencing the worst pain of my life. Dr. Watson kept continuously stating the incorrect opening pressure for my LP, despite his medical student correcting him on multiple occasions. While I'm thankful for Dr. Watson moving forward and having me hospitalized, the care I received from him and the rest of the Neurological Institute has been subpar. Dr. Watson and the other providers at KNI continuously diagnosed me with migraine headaches, while accusing my very competent ER doctor of performing my lumbar puncture incorrectly. Nobody at KNI ever offered to repeat the LP. After months of being misdiagnosed at KNI, I received care elsewhere, where I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I was immediately given the proper diagnosis, with the neurologists on my care team calling my symptoms "textbook." The arrogance of the providers at KNI cannot be overstated. I would not recommend anybody seek care here.
