Great Doctor
I've been seeing Dr. William Wagner for about 10 years and haven't had any of the issues listed here. I've never had long wait times, I always get return calls and his responsiveness to my issues is excellent.

The doctor was not prepared for my appointment. He requested labs that had already been completed and he had the results in front of him. Asked me what I thought was wrong and what I thought needed to happen for my care. I have zero confidence in this doctor.

My PCP had referred me to Dr. Wagner for a diagnostic test. The wait time in the office was unacceptably long, and the office temperature was so high I could barely breathe. The test itself was extremely painful and actually resulted in a burn on my arm that left a scar. The test failed to diagnose the health issue, so I will need to have additional expensive tests.

If you're looking for a doctor who will NOT return your calls for appointments, test results, or referrals then this is the doctor for you. I would NEVER recommend Dr. William Wagner, not even to my worst enemy. Go elsewhere!!

Oddly enough I have not been able to even schedule a visit with this doctor. I have left about 6 messages as nobody answers their phone. I think this speaks to the level of attentiveness they have to their patients when there is no way to get in touch with them.

no I would absolutely not recommend him after years of treating my wife he said there's nothing he can do and told her to go find another doctor, but maybe that was for the best he got to the point where we almost could not trust him anymore his loyalties lie with the office help not with the patient my opinion only, this was a good thing there are too many doctors out there that can help, and not in it for the money

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this dr. He does not return calls, his staff will not return calls, and his diagnosis and prognosis were incorrect. I started seeing him as a result of a concussion from a car accident. The worst part is the billing mistakes, lack of communication and his unwillingness to return calls.

Dr Wagner failed to call me with test results despite 3 messages left on 2 different extensions at his office. I find this to be negligent and I would not recommend him to anyone.

Amen for Dr.Wagner. My symptoms started with sleeping alot then within a week not being able to walk or talk. I was rushed into er for mri and then admitted. Dr.wagner ended up being the dr whose care i was under. I has a brain virus extremely rare and he made sure to explain everything and how the next 3-6 months would be. Follow up and staff were also awesome.

We saw Dr Wagner after an emergency room visit for my daughter having extreme head pain. I found Dr. Wagner to be supremely competent and his diagnostic spot on. He gave us options and trials of prescriptions, one which worked. When the one that did work was not covered by insurance, he helped us find an alternative. I believe those who left a review suggesting he's not good because he referred them on are bogus. If a Dr. didn't field qualified to diagnose, that is extremely professional.

It seems that neuropathy is not one of his specialties. His office testing equipment was in poor condition. He basically has no real personality and often you cannot get real good answers to any questions. His staff is very nice but often seem distracted. His top method of treating pain is opioids.

I had a list of 7 individual neurological concerns that I shared with Dr. Wagner. He did a very basic exam, offered an explanation for 2 issues. The rest told me he didn't know what the cause might be and that he would have to refer me on. These concerns were not outside the realm of neurology—numbness and tingling in the fingers, a muscle spasm in my tongue, etc.—so it doesn't really stand to reason that I should need to see anyone besides a neurologist for definitive neurological issues.

Waited forever to see him. Brought tons of records and basically no games plan by doctor. Put me on anti depressant for pain and when I complained pain was worse, no comment from dr. Not a very good dr. Didn't care, avoided answering questions, no follow up Needless to say looking for different neurologist, he is mediocre at best.
