Inappropriate behavior during evaluation
I finally found this guy's name!! I still feel absolutely insane that this even happened to me, so I feel a need to help warn others to stay away if they need serious psychological help. In February 2019, I was inpatient at the Guidance Center in AZ for an attempt. I remember telling him about what was going on that drove me to that point and he told me one of my friends was playing 'shoot the n-word' (except he actually said the full thing because I guess it was a reference from the film Blazing Saddles??) a few times. He also heavily recommended that I join Christianity because he thought it would help me, but to make sure to pick a denomination like Catholicism that 'still has it together', unlike Methodists or Lutherans..? I didn't even tell him I had been SA'd because I was so uncomfortable. He also insisted that I wasn't really depressed because I kept giggling, but it was because I was incredibly nervous and wanted to get it over with. This felt like an elaborate prank.

Albuquerque is lucky to have him
My biggest fear is that he will retire, as all the good old school docs are either leaving NM or retiring. He helped me during the lockdowns when the democrats were mandating vaccines and the woke companies and airlines that were following that order, as they were not recognizing natural immunity. Dr. Summers gave me an exemption letter. He does not take insurance and is very reasonable for self pay. Save yourself a lot of grief in this town scrambling to find a Dr. that can help on multiple levels and if he thinks you need a specialist then he will send you in the right direction.

I had a great experience
I went to this doctor to see if I had a specific mental disorder... I got the answers I needed and expected, but I also got more information about the full picture of my health. He explained things in a way no one had before, so I have a better understanding now. I will definitely go for my follow up with him.

Doc. Summers was referred when, at approximately 65, I had lost my normal zest and enthusiasm for life. Doc. prescribed Life Imagined, MonoDea and another RX that turned my clock back 30 years within days. Doc. has been my primary doctor since our first consultation. He is always available when needed, whatever my problem might be. This man goes far and beyond what you have experienced from physicians in the past. I feel special under his watchful eye and so will you!

Quack! He put me on 7 psych drugs at the same time, including drugs that interact, and I ended up in the Haven Behavioral Health psych ward. Never trust this man.
