Dr. William Sipprell III, MD

Dr, Sipprell is an excellent Doctor. Very friendly and provided detailed information on his procedure. I would recommend him to anyone. However the staff at the office leaves much to be desired. I had to call three times to make my initial appointment and then played telephone tag for two days. My procedure went well and needed a followup appointment which I made. When I returned home I noticed that I had a double appointment that day so I called the office to reschedule. They do not answer the phone but you need to leave your name and number and they indicate that someone would contact me within 48 hours. As when I was trying to make my initial appointment, I did not receive the call. After three days I had to drive to their office to reschedule. While the doctor is excellent the office staff leaves much to be desired thus the one star rating.

Excellent care. Personable, professional and caring. Explained my procedure and helped alleviate any anxiety I had. Staff was great and made me very comfortable. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Sipprell and his entire staff were very professional, thorough in providing information, caring and reassuring, They even brought me a cup of hot tea! Such service! I highly recommend them!!
