Dr. Sher was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He was caring and interested in me and what I had to say. His staff was wonderful... I didn't have the correct insurance referral, and the woman at the desk got on the line with the insurance co. and straightened it all out. Overall a good experience. Highly recommended.

I had a punctured ear drum. Dr Sher was so kind, and a real professional. My ear drum healed up perfectly. Im a doctor recommending a doctor. And I learned something; don't use qtips in your ears. And go to an ENT for hearing problems.

Don't waste your time or $ on this one. My appt was changed by another Dr., so I rescheduled with Dr. Sher. He chose not to look at my patient record before, or even during my appt. I was unsure of the specific of a recorded medical history detail when questioned by him about it. This Dr. never bothered to consult my chart when I told him I did not remember, and even when I asked him what my chart said.

100% satisfied with Dr. SHER, his compassion and taking time to fully apprise you of your condition and options made me feel confident. He has a terrific attitude and instills a possitive attitude needed to approach your current medical needs. I would recommend this Gentleman to any and everyone.

Dr. Sher was chomping on gum while working on a problem with my sons earwax. My 11 year old son was very anxious, crying & shaking saying that the earwax removal hurt him. The doctor refused to continue working because my son was moving around which I understand. However, he refused not only to continue but to do any work on the 2nd ear and did not encourage, engage or otherwise work with my son to calm him down, merely informed us to use drops to loosen the wax and come back which I never will

If I could give Dr Sher ZERO stars I would. I made an appointment with him in pure desperation after suffering with sinus infection for 2.5 months. He did not take my complaint seriously and sent me for Cat scan. Report showed sinus infection and he sent his nurse to call me to tell me it was negative. No phone call back from the doctor himself. No one ever calls you back. Instead you have to hound people down. Wasted weeks for nothing. Went to urgent care tonight instead....horrible

He is terrible. Due to headache/sinus issue, my dentist suggested me to make an appointment with ENT specialist. So, I met Dr. Sher. During the visit, I kept telling him that I get stuffy nose most of the time and it is hard to unclog it and stuff in my sinus, gives me headache. Unfortunately, he didn't listen to what I was explaining to him !! After CAT-Scan, he surprisingly asked me to meet dentist !!!!

I had surgery on 2/3/16 and Dr Sher did an excellent job in hiding my thyroid scar in my neck fold. Two weeks after surgery I could barely see it. I had no problems or side effects from my thyroid surgery. His staff was friendly and he has early office hours. I would recommend him highly.

Years ago I was very sick and no one was able to figure out what was wrong with me. I was 19 years old, and had severe abscesses in my jawline Most doctors would prescribe a medication and let me be on my way. Not Dr. Sher. I received a call from him later that night as he was at home researching my issues. He then sent me to numerous specialist, including a vascular doctor who found a blood clot in my jugular. Dr Sher saved my life. He truly cared about me as a patient, never giving up.
