Dr. William Seitter, MD

We had our son circumsized and Dr.Seitter warned us that we needed to consistently pull back the shaft in order for the skin to not reconnect. We did this for about 6 months until the wound fully healed. 2-3 visits everything seemed fine Dr.Seitter consistently checked our sons privacy with no alarms of his shaft reconnecting to his head. Our sons 18 month checkup comes around and ALL OF A SUDDEN Dr.Seitter catches the skin reattaching. Let me remind you we STOPPED this practice 6 months into his life and Seitter didn't catch it at our sons 9, 12, or 15 month checkup. Dr.Seitter forcefully detached the skin from the head with his fingers leaving an abrasion, damaging tissue, and sending my son into traumatized hysterical state. My boy keeps saying 'sorry' because he thinks he did something wrong. Seitter's poor communication, short, quick, rude, and dismissive behavior led to the situation my son is in. Keep your kids away from him!!!

This is solely for Dr. Sietter!!! HORRIBLE experience. He was so RUDE and had ZERO bedside manner. If I could give this “Doctor” a negative star, I would. He made me and my husband feel so uncomfortable. After I told him he was being rude and making us feel uncomfortable and I didn’t appreciate it, he dismissed me. Those who praise this him, how? Why? He was AWFUL!!! Not to mention how he speaks to the staff. Rude and dismissive with them as well. Uses intimidation tactics. Again, AWFUL.

Dr Seitter has absolutely blessed my family's life! He has been our pediatrician for over 14 years now. He has consistently gone above and beyond to treat our 7 children with their many various health needs. His deep knowledge and years of experience make him exceptional at thoroughly diagnosing each health concern. He takes the time to educate and explain the reasoning behind the treatment so that both parent and older child can clearly understand. Dr Seitter is a doctor that cares; he's a people person!! He knows each of our 7 kids and their specific interests and hobbies and he's got a great sense of humor as well. He’s a kind and honest person of integrity. As a mother, I highly recommend Dr Seitter because he IS an excellent physician you can trust!

I’ve been seeing Doctor Seitter for almost three years. At first I thought it was just a bad day. Nope, he is just always rolling his eyes at our questions. Him snapping at my daughter was the last straw. We will be finding someone who at least respects us.

Dr. Seitter has been our pediatrician since we moved to Mesa in 2003. Our daughter was pre term so I was stressed that I had to change pediatricians. I quickly relaxed once meeting Dr.Seitter. He is the most knowledgeable, caring doctor I have ever met. When our son was born, Dr.Seitter came to the hospital to check on him. Our son is now 17 and Dr. Seitter has been there the whole way with our children. I used to come to office visits with a list of nervous mom questions, Dr. Seitter would go over each one with thorough answers, never making me feel like my questions were silly. I've never felt rushed with our visits and his nurse Kelly is so very gentle with shots and blood draws. They are excellent at getting us in for a sick visit same day and giving quick test results! Anytime our kids have been sick Dr. Seitter always finds the cause and gets them back on a healthy track quickly! I recently told Dr. Seitter, I'm going to be so sad when our son ages out from his office.

Dr Seitter has been our pediatrician for over 11 years now. He has great bedside manner, he’s knowledgeable and makes each visit comfortable for our kids. He is always willing to answer questions and provide evidence-based information. I highly recommend him!

I recommend Dr. Seitter to all of my friends every chance I get! My 3 children have been patients for almost 7 years. He is calm and caring and always takes time to answer all of my many questions. I’m so grateful for his care for my children and all three actually look forward to seeing him each visit! I’m also very impressed with the nurses and office staff. Very knowledgeable and caring! I am so thankful for Dr Seitter! Highly recommend!!!!

Our family loves Dr. Seitter. He is always caring and patient with us, anwers all our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly, and takes wonderful care of our son. We feel very lucky to have found Dr. Seitter and are better parents for it!

Dr. Seitter is an outstanding pediatrician! He is very knowledgeable, has a great bedside manner and is up to date on current research. He takes the time to answer all questions and give a good explanation as to why he is recommending certain treatments. Dr. Seitter goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr Seitter is one of the best pediatricians around! We have been seeing him for almost 8 years, with all 4 of our kids. He’s extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I’m thankful I can rely on his unbiased medical perspective to address my concerns. We can always get our kids in when sick and he takes his time answering my hundreds of questions. His nurse Kelly is also just as wonderful, so thankful for them!

We have been taking our son to Dr Seitter since the day he was born 8 years ago. He takes his time making sure our questions are answered fully and that all issues are addressed. He also does a great job of explaining what all of our options are and works to find solutions that will help our family the most. When we have called with concerns, he always gets back to us as soon as possible to put us at ease. His genuine care and concern for our son and respect for us as first time parents has made this a great partnership and we cannot recommend him enough.

I have taken all four of my children to Dr. Seitter since birth. He is a great doctor! He takes time to answer my questions and explains things beyond my question in a way that I really feel like I understand what is going on. I have recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

I’ve been taking both my daughters to Dr. Seitter since birth and have only had exceptional experiences with him and his staff. He takes the time to listen to our questions, explains his reasonings for his treatment plans, and is always reassuring. He always provides insights on what to expect with possible trends in illness (flu, rsv, etc). He doesn’t push unnecessary medications or just prescribe antibiotics to please us. He has helped us quickly get phototherapy set up for our newborn as well as referred us to additional providers when needed (allergist). Dr. Seitter is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and direct. His RN is always friendly, quick to get those painful shots in and out of the way, and has been so helpful answering questions over the phone for us. We are always able to get a same day sick visit at the practice and almost always are able to get one with Dr. Seitter. I highly recommend Dr. Seitter and am incredibly happy with the care our girls receive.

Dr. Seitter was the on call doctor when we called about our baby at 8 pm. We don't just call the after hours for no good reason. We were very concerned and stressed out about her dehydration and consistent diarrhea (after 5 days of it!). We did not know if it was even safe to have her go to bed that night. Dr. Seitter was incredibly rude, demeaning, and even sarcastic on the phone. He didn't ask us a single question to find out more information. He tried to make us sound stupid when we asked him a question and he made it very clear from the second he answered the phone that he did not want to talk to us. I honestly can't imagine anyone ever choosing him as their pediatrician.

Dr. Seitter sees our three children and is kind and gentle. He's funny and puts the kids and parents at ease. Something we love most about this clinic is that they're very flexible with last minute needs; we have always been able to get our kids in when they're sick, even if it's with another provider.

I have used Dr Seitter since 2002. He is so kind and has a gift for detail. He has been a blessing since we started using him. My daughter now uses him for her own children and it’s been a great experience. Her son Has a very serious terminal lung disease and Dr Seitter leaves no stone unturned to assist her in his care. We have referred him often and have heard nothing but rave reviews from our friends.

We love Dr Seitter and his nurse! They are always patient and caring. He was amazing when my newborn had problems in the hospital and took care of things quickly and efficiently in an urgent situation in postpartum. Another time, my daughter was severely dehydrated, and he helped me get called into the ER to have her taken care of quickly. I have been taking my kids to him for 11 years, and he is great!

This doctor is very rude and treats people like we were dumb. Will never let my child see this doctor again or give him my money. He acted like we were dumb to bring my child in for a sore throat. And then he shoved qtips in my sons throat with no care. My son had strep throat. So i guess we werent dumb taking him to be seen for a sore throat. Do not go see this doctor unless you want rude comments and rolling of the eyes. Take your money elsewhere.
