Highly recommend Dr Schaefer!
Dr Schaefer did a partial knee replacement on me 1 week ago. I can walk without a walker or cane already. I have very little pain now. I am looking forward to having my other knee done as soon as possible. Wonderful doctor and staff. I highly recommend Dr Schaefer.

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Schaefer was amazing with me! I saw him back in 2003-2005. He did surgery & helped give me the freedom to enjoy my childhood instead of living with my knee dislocating constantly. I saw him again in 2015 and he was just as great as the first time! This year I had to call to get records & his front desk staff was equally amazing! If I still lived in NC he'd be the only one touching my knees.

Partical Knee Replacement
Dr. Schaefer is an excellent doctor. He is polite and curteous. He has repaired both of my husbands hips from falls. He also recently did a partial knee replacement for me. I am getting along great. Going into my fifth week and walking with a cane. He has a great bedside manner and is a great surgeon.

He fixed my right shoulder issue and immediately sent me to aggressive PT. I was back to using my arm within 8 weeks after the surgery. The staff are all very professional and caring.

I am a disabled veteran who has received 4 different orthopedic surgeries by Dr. SCHAEFER. The surgeries include 2 routine outpatient procedures and most recently; Left & Right - Total Knee Replacements. Dr. SCHAEFER deserves the highest recommendations possible. With his wisdom, consideration and superb surgical skills, this true professional has changed my life. His treatmets have enabled me to live and feel the best I have in over a decade! I'm actively involved in life again. As a father of two athletic sons, 14 & 9 years old. Dr. SCHAEFER has enabled me to return to participate with them physically and athletically. No more just being a spectator. That in itself is life changing enough for me! Dr. SCHAFER is a consummate professional. I recommend him to anyone who seeks orthopedic care. Dr. SCHAEFER has my full faith, trust and confidence! I cannot thank him enough. Bravo Zulu- BZ, "well done"!

Wait time for Shaeffer is up to 2 hours or more. He overbooks and overlooks. Do not recommend this practice to anyone.
