Dr. William Rusinow, MD

Dr. Rusinow is such an amazing doctor that I started taking my daughter to see him as her PCP and also my husband. He cares about his patients and he listens. Good guy overall.

A great doctor that exemplifies excellent communication especially after appointments. The office staff usually doesn't answer the phone easily so you will have to call often or leave messages.

Unfortunately, Dr. Rusinow does not advocate for all of his patients. I chose him as my primary doctor because I read all of these good reviews on him. However, he was not helpful when I faced a health issue. Detroiters deserve better! I had to continue to call his office multiple times to get answers. Finally, he had his staff call stating that I just need to go see another doctor...not even inquiring about my health state. Lack of communication and care! At this time, it seems like he has too big of a patient load. I would not recommend him for a doctor.

I recently had my first visit to the office and I was so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and how they went above and beyond for covid safety. Furthermore, Dr. Rusinow made me feel extremely comfortable and he had a great bedside manner. I'm very thankful to have an office like this in such a convenient location.
