Terrible office communication
We've had our daughter treated for acne for several months now. Each month requires 3-4 pharmacy visits or phone calls to get the prescription correct. Misinformation from the front desk is provided and there is no follow up with the pharmacy if something doesn't go through. Dr. Reitkierk is very knowledgeable but his treatment plan is seemingly sabotaged by his office staff. I suggest getting confirmations from the pharmacy that the prescription order is being processed BEFORE LEAVING his office. Otherwise each renewal will result in several visits to the pharmacy, several calls to his office and if it happens close to a weekend, follow up Dr. visits at your own cost will be required which disrupts the treatment plan.

Dr. Rietkerk is the best! He is knowledgeable, patient, personable, a great communicator, humorous and compassionate. I recommend him highly for all your dermatological care.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Rietkerk several times. He is friendly and makes you feel at ease. Each time he has diagnosed correctly and the issue was taken care of with his recommendation. I highly recommend him to anyone needing to see a dermatologist.

I have been seeing Dr.Rietkerk for years. In the past I have seen other dermatologists but will only see Dr.Rietkerk. He is professional but friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was excellent with kids too. I had a list of at least 10 questions and he answered them all. Later, he even fit me in for an appointment to check up on how I was doing after a procedure.

I highly recommend Dr.Rietkerk. I have been to see Dr.Rietkerk a few times and he has the best bedside manner. Very professional, beautiful office. He had some great recommendations on affordable and effective skin care products, especially sunscreen.

I have seen Dr. Rietkerk on numerous occasions for cosmetic and non-cosmetic reasons. Dr. Rietkerk was able to see me immediately when I developed a rash while on vacation. He is always patient and professional and knowledgeable. I also saw Dr. Rietkerk a few years ago when I was interested in trying Botox. I was nervous & scared to try it, but he applied it so it looked very natural. I would definitely go back to him for more or any other cosmetic needs. I recommend him to all family & frien

I wanted someone who would take their time with my questions and be up to date on all the newest technologies and procedures. Dr Rietkerk filled those needs and made me feel safe. My procedures were painless and he even called to check up on me later.

Dr. Rietkerk made me feel very comfortable when looking at my rash. I was pretty nervous but he made me feel like it was no big deal. He answered all of my questions and I didn't feel like he was in a rush at all. He was extremely knowledgeable and even answered my questions that weren't related to my rash. He gave me a cream that cleared my rash up and even helped me figure out what it was from. He is definitely my go to dermatologist !

I saw Dr.Rietkerk for a skin and botox consultation and it was a great experience. I had a list of questions and concerns about my face, skin, and aging and he had amazing suggestions for each of my concerns. I appreciated that he took the time to answer all my questions and gave me suggestions that were reasonable in price. I appreciated that he explained the medical terms to me. I also didn't have to wait, I even arrived early! The office is beautiful as well, I will definitely back.
