In the years I've been his patient, I am constantly amazed at his caring, his knowledge and how well he explains exery thing so that I, as a lay person, can understand and take care of what I need to do as his patient to get better. Provider completely ignored that patient was diagnosed with Long Covid. It is already recognized by the CDC and the ADA as a covered disability and all this doctor could say was he needed to walk more. He ran tests and either failed to read the report or did not read it thourghly because it stated my husband has COPD, but the doctor never mentioned it from a report HE ORDERED.

Dr Rhoton Listened to my concerns and addressed them, provided, testing, made suggestions that lowered my AHI from 5 to under 1. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rhoton is a person who shows his patients that he really cares. He takes time and shows extra care when answering your questions. I was dealing with coughing at night and once he saw that my lungs were clear, he recommended that I remove the dust in my room to see if that would help. In December 2017, my husband went into what is called respiratory failure because he had the H1N2 flu virus. Dr. Rhoton listened to us about my husband's wishes of no intubation, he was respectful, thoughtful as well as instant on options that worked for us. My husband not only survived the flu, he has had no pulmonary problems since. We firmly believe in Dr. Rhoton, his bedside manners, skills and his genuine interest in his patients' root problem. Dr. Rhoton is an incredible doctor. One of the best doctors I've ever seen. He was prompt and very respectful. He took a lot of time explaining everything to us and listing all the options we had available. I all of my doctors were as compassionate and respectful as Dr. Rhoton is.

I seem to have a cascading list of respiratory issues. After seeing an ENT, Allergist, and GP, Dr. Rhoton is the first MD who looked at me as a collection of issues instead of treating just one or two symptoms. Because of his care and medical expertise, I am finally under control of my respiratory problems and look forward to the future.
