I've been trying to get his office staff to deal with an invoice for over six months. All I need is a letter of medical necessity so insurance will pay it. This is a standard form letter they should be able to send out in their sleep. Instead I've been after them for over six months and the bill has gone to a credit collections agency. Incredible incompetence from the staff but the doctor himself is quite good.

We went for a first time consultation and were treated horrendously - left to sit for one hour - then moved to an office where we waited - again , then asked to be interviewed by an assistant prior to meeting the doctor then were told the doctor wasn't able to see us after all that... this is a TERRIBLE office - save yourself the trouble - find another = this is a big city with many great doctors - this is NOT one of them
