All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

We saw Dr Pollard with our first two children and I wish I had followed my instincts and left sooner than we did. Along with being rude and lacking a bedside manner, he dismissed my sons adverse reaction to routine vaccines, and failed to refer my infant daughter immediately when she was born with a birthmark that needed specialists. His lack of attention caused lasting effects for our family. We chose him as our pediatrician because of his many years of experience, but I would choose differently if I could do it again. Our 3 year experience with Dr Pollard was filled with too many rude remarks, insensitive comments, and astounding lack of empathy.

Dr. Pollard was rude and condescending. He seemed to enjoy just hearing himself speak. Did not address any of my actual concerns. Was rude to his office staff and I’ve now been waiting over 24 hours for a refill to be sent in that he messed up on. My child’s medication is important but apparently not to him nor my time having to call back multiple times to resolve the issues. My appointment was at 10:20 I arrived at 10:10 to check and and still didn’t see the doctor until 10:50 ????
