Worst Urologist ever!
Horrible Dr. The worst I've ever encountered. Do not waste time with Pintauro. He will not do anything to help unless you have lots of dough.

Horrible service
I had a terrible experience at this place. I scheduled two appointments with Dr. Pintauro, both of which were confirmed by their staff. However, both appointments were subsequently canceled. The staff was incredibly rude, telling me that Dr. Pintauro wasn't available, even though he was in the office. They then told me the next availability was in two months, as if they didn't care. When I asked for the staff member's name, she hung up the phone. The customer service here is awful. It's unacceptable how they disregard someone's time and health. I would NEVER recommend this place.

With Dr Pintauro over 15 years
I never have had a complaint about Dr Pintauro or his staff. The nurse is wonderful and previous receptionist have been pleasant and helpful. His present one will not answer any calls. She uses voicemail which states she is away from the phone, which is nonsense since she is never away from her desk. No reason to. She does nothing else. So you leave a message and then wait and wait. My new Drs office sent a release for my medical records. Nothing. In conclusion, I don’t think she is making Dr Pintauro’s practice any favors.

Unfriendly Staff
Dr. Pintauro has been my Urologist for the las 4 years I have been happy seeing him . His staff particularly the receptionist is the reason I am planing to see a different Dr. She has no education and much less class . This lady treat patience like if we were garbage all I can say is : One day she will be in the other side and I just wish she gets the level of service she provides to us patients . Dr Pintauro is a professional Dr but that woman should be dealing in a different eviroment perhaps the one she is use to.

Excellent thoughtful care
Dr Pintauro has been my urologist for about 10 years. He has helped me understand the various issues of prostate health, including testing, drugs, alternative approaches, etc. When I meet with him as a follow up to a test or procedure he explains carefully and clearly and reviews all the information he has collected though the years of his treating and monitoring me. I have found Dr Pintauro to be extremely professional because he carefully explains his findings based on his considerable knowledge and experience. I never feel rushed when I meet with him. I couldn’t ask for better care.

Worst office staff ever!
Probably the worst medical office experience in my 63 years. Receptionist was as rude as they come. Made me pay $197.00 to see the doctor. The office visit should have been no more than $35.00 as my deductible had already been met. I paid the $197.00 and called my insurance company who then called their office and told them that the practice was incorrect and I HAD met my deductible. The receptionist refused to void the charge and correctly charge me the $35.00. I was told I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for the refund. The medical assistant who saw me prior the doctor assumed that I was HIV+ because I take a medication that is also used to help prevent HIV (prep). Ignorant. The examination room had a plug-in room freshener that was so strong it was making me sneeze and cough. What doctors office uses plug-in room fresheners to hide odors?? Even though a face mask was required EVERYWHERE in this medical building, the doctor prances into the examination room with no mask drinking his

Failed to help needy patient
Dr Pintauro failed to respond to my request for help when I suffered from a UTI. Left.numerous messages with his office. This action was entirely unprofessional and seemed not to care after many years as his patient. Sought help from another doctor. Would not recommend!

The staff is unforgivably rude. They demanded full payment for my first visit on arrival of my second visit. But they had yet to send me a bill, and the explanation of benefits (EOB) from my insurance had yet to arrive. I explained I would pay the bill in full as soon as I received the EOB and compared it to their bill (as discrepancies are common). She then refused to let me see the doctor although I was in considerable pain, and she spoke to me in a dismissive rude tone and treated me like I was too stupid to understand how medical billing works. (I have a credit score of 825; I have never paid a bill late in my life.) This doctor is not worth the unprofessional attitude of his staff. Truly horrible service.

Knowledgeable and caring. Takes the time to go over everything and explain clearly and concisely. Stays on top of his game and is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I've met. I've been going to him many years and I am confident I am in good hands.
