I would recommend.
I've been a patient of Dr. Penns for 35 years or so, he has never steered me wrong. He always spends as much time as I need and never in a huge rush. I trust him very much and that goes a long way with me. I really believe he cares about me more than just a number. And the office staff are courteous and professional.

Dr. Penn was my doctor in the 70's he delivered my second son in 1975. Dr. Penn was an extremely great dr. I live in Las Vegas now, but my son and I are moving back to Michigan and I am hoping he is accepting new patience and I would love to have him for my doctor. It has been many many years, but I'm sure he is still a great doctor. Etta Pepple

dr.penn is a joke ive been trying to fix my back for 20 years and 1 of them on pain medication that made me tolerate the pain untill we figured out what was wrong ends up i have spinal stenosis psoriatic arthritis ddd n a ruptured lower disk scoliosis and stop giving me my pain medication and i cant get into a head and spine for 3 months.needless to say im in bad pain for the 3 months till they get me an appt. and dr penn will not help me he left me high n dry so no dont go here hes not 4 u

i wouldn't recommend any one for this doctor his partner dr teer was an great doctor i was seeing him for back pain for 5 years or more then dr teer retired from the field and then they put me with dr penn and ever since I've had nothing but problems..... i have spinal stenosis, scoliosis psoriatic arthritis is ,Add to dictionary a ruptured lower disk , and have very Delete repeated word bad upper torso back pain because of it .but thinks im there for just pain meds n acts like im a drugie...

I always show up on time for my appointments with Dr. Penn and usually have to wait 90-120 minutes or more to be seen and get test results. I try to be aware of my own health and ask questions concerning tests and results if I'm unsure of something. Some doctors don't like it when you question them about their methods. Dr. Penn is a nice guy and generally seems concerned about his patient's well-being but he doesn't really explain what's going on with me and seems to get upset if I question him.
