Receptionist extremely rude
I called to make a follow up appt after ending up in urgent care over the weekend due to a UTI. The receptionist was very dismissive and extremely rude. I had questions I wanted to ask about my appt and she was upset that I asked her to please repeat the day and time I had scheduled my appt. I told her she was being rude and that I would talk to Dr Pearce about her attitude.

Professional and straight forward
My experience with Dr. Pearce was outstanding. Had used him for a vasectomy many years prior, and when my PSA started climbing, I went in for an evaluation. This led to a biopsy and ultimately surgery to remove stage 1 cancer. The robotic surgery allows one to retain the nerves for full function following the prostatectomy. Dr. Pearce took the time to explain my options after my initial diagnosis, and then once again when my wife could be present. Nothing is perfect in life, but I felt I was well taken care of throughout the entire ordeal.

Brilliant Surgeon
I have known Dr Pearce about 4 years. He has been taking care of me ever since my PSA number started fluctuating. I've had two biopsies done and they were painless. I was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer about 2 months ago. Dr Pearce performed a robotic prostactomy and the procedure was flawless. Both my Oncologist and primary highly recommend Dr. Pearce and I would do the same if I was asked about a Urologist. I can't thank Dr Pearce enough for what he did for me. I'm cancer free and I couldn't be happier. I really feel that he saved my life.

Put me down for requesting a cystological exam, took an inadequate superficial biopsy, told me he could almost guarantee me that I didn’t have bladder cancer and then when I did did not tell me in a timely way and then prescribed a less than effective treatment BCG. Eventually left him and had a radical cystectomy at USC Norris

Dr Pearce and his staff are amazing! I great people and they went the extra mile when I had to deal with out of state travel and appointments. Email / phone communication stood out when working with his staff. Dr Pearce was great to work with, he spent time going over details and established a comfort level I haven't seen in doctors in a long time. So grateful to work with them.

DR. PEARCE IS AN EXCEPTIONAL UROLOGIST AND SURGEON. HE PREFORMED A BLADDER LIFT ON ME AND I BARELY HAD ANY PAIN AT ALL. I HAD BEEN SUFFERING FROM MANY YEARS OF INCONTINENCE AND EMBARASSMENT OF HAVING TO CROSS MY LEGS EVERY TIME I LAUGHED, COUGHED OR SNEEZED. I COULDN'T EVEN EXCERCISE WITHOUT WETTING MYSELF! DR. PEARCE WAS VERY REASSURING AND KNOWLEDGEBLE. BECAUSE OF DR. PEARCE, MY LIFE HAS CHANGED. I WISHED I WOULD OF DONE THIS SURGERY YEARS AGO. THANK YOU DR. PEARCE FOR YOUR EXPERTISE!

My experience here was amazing. The doctor was very passionate about his job and really cares for his patients. The wait time wasn’t that long... it was about 10-15 minutes. The employees of this facility are highly trained and qualified to work there. I was very happy about my visit with Dr. Pearce. I recommend getting an appointment with him.

I chose Dr. Pearce to perform my robotic surgery after consulting with several other Urologists. The surgery was totally successful. Dr. Pearce's bedside manner is excellent; he kept me fully informed, explained everything, is very conscientious about follow-up and answered all my questions. He is always courteous, kind and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Pearce to anyone who is considering this type of surgery..

My husband had a tumor on his kidney that was very difficult to get to. Dr. Pierce was able to get in to the difficult area, remove his tumor & save his kidney. Dr. Pierce is an incredible Urologist & I am so grateful that he was the Dr. to do this sensitive surgery. The office manager Christian Ashish made sure we had everything we needed to make this process for us as stress free as possible. He would always make time to answer questions. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Pierce and his staff.

My primary physician recommended Dr. Pearce. I had seen a different urologist (who needs lessons in bedside manners). I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Pearce. He is a gentle, caring physician, and explained my options for my issue. Although additional tests are required, I place my total trust in Dr. Pearce with the recommendation(s) and options he provides to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. PEARCE TO THOSE WHO MAY NEED HIS EXPERTISE.!!

In his new location the waiting area is really small and five patients came in almost at the same time. We waited to see Dr Pearce for about three hours. I thought his instruments did not look hygienic and sure enough we ended up in the emergency room after the procedure. His bedside manners were not pleasant and to make it worse he followed us to the front desk and discussed some of the treatment in front of the staff. I was so embarrassed. I won?t ever recommend Dr William Pearce to anyone.
