William parks does not have the respect of his peers or me as a patient. Without reviewing my file he wrote orders for Fentanyl after being in recovery and I nearly died and had to be resuscitated. This man is dangerous and he bills more then my major medical insurance agreed to pay. If you look online there are many deceptive things such as phone numbers that have been disconnected billing organizations that don't match the actual physical address and the credentials for the hospital are not
