Dr. William Nguyen, MD

I saw Dr. Nguyen in 2014, he was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. He's a brilliant, compassionate physician with outstanding bedside manner. I'm again experiencing an alarming medical concern that warrants his expertise. I was afraid it would take weeks to months for an appointment. Upon calling his office, the person whom I spoke with was very pleasant and professional, just I remember. She displayed excellent customer service skills and went above and beyond to attend to my needs and get me in ASAP!!! She was able to squeeze me in THIS WEEK!!! I HIGHLY Recommend Dr. Nguyen!!!

The man has literally saved my live twice. He's very attentive and tells you like it is.

I'm sure he's a very competent doctor, but as a caregiver, I found him to be a frustrating doctor to deal with when my older loved one was in the hospital where the Dr. was the attending. It was hard to get information about what exactly was wrong with my loved one, what his treatment was, or when he would be discharged. I got the feeling that they were trying to keep him at the hospital and SNF indefinitely and would ask him and us leading questions to get us to trap us to say the wrong thing to keep him there even longer (or permenately) despite my loved one's poor emotional state and our concern about the doctors' bills (which we are still getting now) Getting discharged was really difficult and not very coordinated with lots of finger pointing between his office and SNF and it cost us more days to pay for. To his credit, he did save my loved one's life and his assistant would always answer the phone and relay messages. I wish we had her number sooner.

Dr. Nguyen has provided excellent care for my family for many years.

From: Leslie Donjuan, I do not understand all of the negative ratings with bad comments on here but this man saved my life back in 2009. yes, he can be cocky and he can be very strict but he is the best doctor I have had in my lifetime. .I have to say how very disappointed I am in dr. W L Nguyen. When I first came to him I thought he was going to be a great addition to my care however a conflict in the dose of a switched medication and his lack of interest in my concerns regarding dosage and request to start off with a slightly lower dosage has left me very sad about his inability and refusal to discuss those concerns or allow me to participate in the decision making of my care

He is excellent at listening to his patients and working with you on a plan of action for improving your health. And he is Genuinely caring.
