Dr Minnix is a total primary care star! He always listens carefully and offers a gentle approach to my care. There were some issues with office management in the past, but the new office manager and staff are currently knocking it out of the park ! Recently, an issue relative to insurance and Rx coverage surfaced, and Sherry walked me through the process in a fashion which left me quite confident that I was in good hands…. The entire staff should be commended for the approach and execution of competent, caring patient interaction. Well done !! I continue to be a dedicated, faithful and satisfied client…… Mark R.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Minnix to all my family, friends, and coworkers. He listens and goes over your chart and bloodwork in detail to point the good and bad. He is one the best primary care doctors I've ever had.

Have attempted to schedule online over 3 times. Despite getting confirmation, upon arrival to office, staff report I have no appt. Staff realize this isn't working but the still do nothing about it. They report "we called you" yet there are no messages left on my phone (after confirmation of phone number). This definitely should be FIXED!

I tried to change my appoint. to a phone call as was sick in bed. No answer so went to get ready for appoint. and had message that appoint. was cancelled. Called to make appoint. and office closed. Tried to get phone appoint. and told they don’t do it anymore even though it’s on the website. Received note to be at my 8 am 25th appoint. 15 min. early. Arrived 20 min. ahead but had to wait til 8 to get in. I was first in but he didn’t come in for 40 min. Doctor prescribed me 2 new medicines to take immediately for stress and 1 for diarrhea and check back in 30 days. lady said the prescription was sent to Caremark mail order so I wouldn’t get it for a week. told her to change it to pick up at CVS Madeira. She said ok. Called CVS at 1pm to check and they had no prescription but there was the one for diarrhea at Wrong CVS but was later put on hold? Called office at 1 and it was closed early! That’s of stress trying to get stress medication and what good is Diarrhea medicine 5 days later?

Right on point. Dr.Minnix was very thorough in explaining my health situation and prescribing the needed medications for it. Assistant Paris has been a wonderful addition. Professional, Articulate, fast & efficient and made me feel very comfortable. I greatly appreciate and enjoy the attention I receive at DrMinnix's Office. An Office where people really care.

I would recommend Dr. Minnix to everyone. He takes the time to listen to you. I feel confident in his recommendations. He genuinely cares about your health and well being. His staff is always friendly.

Always seems in a rush to get out of the room during appointment. Do like he gives referrals to good doctors because does not seem he likes to get too involved.

My appointments with Dr. Minnix are always helpful and informing. I like how he take enough time to actually hear about your problems and gives great personal and medical advice. I started going to this practice 5 years ago, when i moved here, and it quickly became my best doctor/patient experience that i have ever had. Went to him with a possible kidney stone, he didnt like what he saw, and immediately sent me to a urologist. Turned out to be stage 3 bladder cancer. I really attribute him to being one of the decifing factors thst saved my life...early diagnosis and treatment. The staff at the office are always very kind and will work you in at a moments notice. Thank you to all of the employee professionals there. You DO make a difference!!!

Dr. Minnix is a very compassionate understanding Dr. who really takes time with his patients to help better understand and find out what might be wrong. He is very easy to speak with and very knowledgeable on health conditions.
