Nice and very professional
My appointment was at 3:00 but was told to arrive 15 minutes early which I did and the nurse finally called my name at 4:18 this was an hour and 33 minutes in the waiting room I understand that a 20 minute wait would be acceptable but 93 minutes of waiting is unheard of I had to cancel my 5:15 Chiropractic appointment and thankfully my chiropractor doesn’t charge a late $100. Cancellation fee like MidLantic Urology does Hopefully in the future you will not over book patients. However Dr Merriam is a good doctor and explained clearly my issues.

First parking lot is a nightmare be very careful Get there early lots of paperwork . Be helpful if y can pre-register. Phone numbers. Medications. Dates of shots. Operations . contact info etcStaff greets everyone very wellWaiting room clean. Exam rooms clean and uncluttered. Doctor professional and answered my questions. We constructed and agreed on a path forward. Excellent!

The staff at the surgicenter are solicitous, but not sickly sweet. They are authentic, real. Worrying about health problems makes a person vulnerable; they helped alleviate the stress.
