Did Not Trust Prescription
Dr. had an office assistant check my eyes and come up with the prescription. Serious doubt she had the qualifications to prescribe. McGlathery did not check her work! She was so nervous, I asked why, she stated McGlathery wanted her to hurry up with the exam so he could come in and do his part. Thought eye exams were his part?

Excellent cataract surgeon
I am new to Austin and was recommended Dr. William McGlathery by another ophthalmologist. He did a fantastic job reviewing my past records on my history of glaucoma. I was very impressed with how you he performed the cataract procedure. Every detail was explained to me by his surgery coordinator. The front office staff is very professional and friendly. He talks to the point and seems very busy to tackle his next appointment but I was satisfied with his answers to all my questions.
