Dr. William Mading, MD

This guy is a crook and a snake!! This doctor had been employed with Prime Surgical Center in Foothill Ranch. There was an arrangement in place (written) because they are not PPO providers to accept what insurance pays. This doctor has now decided MANY YEARS AFTER treating patients at Prime Surgical to send them collection letters for the dollar amounts that were never billed and that were unallowed by insurance. Who does that??!! This guys is the absolute worst!!!

BEWARE! This doctor is deceitful, extremely poor business practices. He was employed with Prime Surgical in Foothill Ranch. 4 years later he apparently he is no longer employed with them and has decided to go after all the patients he treated at Prime Surgical for the dollars insurance did not pay IE: Unallowable irregardless of the papers signed by hundreds of patients that he would accept what insurance paid for being a NON PPO provider. This agreement was in writing through the surgery center and arrangement he agreed to for his pay and NOW is going back to patients 3-10 years FOLLOWING services and billing them for THOUSANDS of dollars. Very unscrupulous and cunning for a medical provider to send patients to collections after Insurance paid him for the balance un-collected from Insurance companies irregardless of the financial arrangements in place at the time of services IE: 4 years ago. He should be ashamed of himself.
