After waiting on an confirmed appointment the disappointment was very real. Waited over 45 minutes in the waiting room for a five minute appointment to tell us that we would not be seen for the procedure , which had already been confirmed and consulted previously. It was very evident he was overbooked and preferred the procedure which costed more of another patient .
