Dr. William Kyle, DO

First time visit. He was extremely thorough and answered all my question very professionally.

He does not listen anymore, or maybe because I am a woman. However, my husband is a patient. He goes above and beyond for him. He does not listen, follow up or follow through anymore. He really acts like he does not care.

I certainly don’t recognize the doctor in the previous reviews. The absolute worst doctor and practice. They almost killed my dad, and instead of practicing active listening they proceeded to lie. When asked why they didn’t follow up they said they aren’t there to hold their patients hands. Totally lacks empathy, compassion, and maybe even a brain.

I only saw Dr. Kyle one time shortly after moving to the area. I wanted a reference for a physical therapist trained in dry needling. As we were discussing the injury, he yawned! He did give me an excellent reference. Therapist immediately sent me to an orthopedic doctor who scheduled me for a joint replacement. Two days post surgery, I had an emergency situation and my husband telephoned Dr. Kyle's office and requested he call hospital ER to evaluate. (Surgeons nurse at hospital told him to do this.) We waited all afternoon with no response. My condition worsened and my husband called Dr. Kyle again and he had gone for the day. I was semi conscious when my husband got me to ER; BP 300/277. I spent 5 days in the hospital. We immediately cancelled upcoming appointments and found a new primary care who cares!!!

I actually look forward to my appointments with Dr. Kyle. He communicates well, taking time to explain things and respond to questions. He also takes time before my visits to review the chart, lab reports, etc., because he'll have specific questions about how I'm feeling or my condition. He's helped me better manage the complications of chronic illnesses. His office runs efficiently and punctually. The in-office lab is a convenience to patients. The office staff are courteous and helpful. Wonderful doctor!

Dr. Kyle has been our primary care physician for several years and we are so thankful for the personal care that he has provided. He is knowledgeable, personable, conscientious, honest and professional. He knows us, he listens and he incorporates who we are into how he responds to our healthcare concerns. His straightforward approach Is refreshing and ensures that we listen to and understand what he has to say. When we think of what we want and need from our primary care physician, it is exactly what we get from Dr. Kyle.

every visit I have had with Doctor Kyle, and his staff have been above and beyond excellent. I have the highest regard for his professionalism opinion and any diagnosis made.

Dr. Kyle ordered routine blood work for me on a Monday. He received and reviewed the results on Tuesday, the next day. My blood sugar was 488.( normal is 150 for me) He had me come in that afternoon (Tuesday). His office was booked but he took time from his schedule to talk to me and change my meds. He scheduled an appointment the following Wednesday to go over my insulin and diet. Sharp eye and never too busy for an emergency. His quick actions saved my life!

Dr. Kyle is a very professional, caring physician. He and his staff go out of their way to help you. I had been through several doctors after moving here 7 years ago and none of them could beat the treatment I receive at his office. I had an issue with a prescription and his Nurse Practitioner arranged a Facetime appt the same day to resolve my problem. This is during the Covid 19 outbreak. My inlaws are 94 and 95 and he treats them with much respect as well. In the past, his practice was growing and there were times I think he was overburdened. However, now there is a full compliment of professionals who can see you. Very, very pleased.

I find Dr. Kyle and his staff very friendly, but he doesn’t spend enough time with me. He never examines my throat or ears and I have never been on the examining table. He talks to me sitting in the chair. My husband the same, even our annual exams, and he has a lot of medical issues. I also have difficulty renewing medications if it falls on a weekend. He doesn’t refill after hours or weekends.

Straight forward and to the point examination and explanation of bloodwork

Dr. Kyle is a passionate professional. He is compassionate, attentive to my health concerns and very knowledgeable. He is honest and straightforward in his approach. His staff are very responsive, kind, courteous and professional. He has a state of the art system for communication, appointment reminders and lab results. I like that I can get lab results through “my chart” system about a day or two after bloodwork and this way I can be prepared with questions for my visit. I have every confidence in Dr. Kyle and his medical expertise and care.

Dr. Kyle is wonderful. He answers all my questions so that I can understand what he is saying. He is ALWAYS on time. Best doctor my husband and I have had in the Low Country and I have had many since most don’t stay here. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kyle was engaged and thoughtful, listened to my history and concerns.I would recommend and he will be my primary going forward.

Annual physical: very thorough, easy to speak with, listened to what I had to say. Dr Kyle has a professional yet friendly manner. Discovered a small skin cancer I didn't know I had. Prompt.

I have been going to Dr. Kyle for the past 6 years and I am completely satisfied with his service. If you have an ailment that he feels another doctor should look at, he has his office schedule a visit instead of you going home and having to do it yourself.

Always low key and on time. Dr Kyle has good manner and good sense of humor which I love. He answers all.my questions and I think really cares. Many if my friends I have sent to him love him.

Dr Kyle is always attentive to my health needs whether for a routine test I need or for any additional health issues I bring to his attention. The staff at his office are always courteous and helpful when I call or visit the office.

I had an appointment with Dr Kyle thru telemedicine. It was a convenient & easy way to address my health concerns. Dr Kyle is an excellent caring Doctor.
