Dr. William Jackson, DO

I had a bad motorcycle accident that left me crippled with my left wrist not recovering its previous range of motion after the initial surgery that was performed almost a year prior to my visit at Dr. Jackson’s practice. The original surgeon had left me no hope of seeing any additional improvement in my condition. I could not make a fist or grab without a lot of pain. This led me to seek a second opinion. Dr. Jackson during my first visit gave me both, bad and good news. The bad news was he recommended an additional surgery but the good news was that I would most likely recover my full range of motion and would no longer experience the pain I was still plagued with. I waited another sixty days to give my wrist another chance to improve to no avail. I went back to Dr. Jackson and asked him to schedule the surgery. The surgery was executed flawlessly. Thanks to Dr. Jackson, I am now pain-free with full use of my left wrist. His skill and dedication has to be the best in the field!

I had serious arthritic pain in my right hand. Dr. Jackson diagnosed and resolved the problem during my visit. He took time to listen to me, and then explain treatment options. The SRO staff from scheduling to check out are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson and staff.

Dr. Jackson took time to explain to me what needed to be done to help me and why. I appreciated him taking so much time and for speaking to me with kindness and respect. Bethany and the rest of his staff were also kind and caring.

I was impressed with the staff and I dealt with about 6 different members including Dr. Jackson! Customer service and bedside manner is second to none. Then, my prescriptions were delivered to my house, no charge, and that was real bonus. I had no clue they did this. Kudos to Stephanie in the S.R.O. Pharmacy! Great job, all.

Dr. Jackson took his time with my son when we saw him. A year ago, my son had two of his fingers partially amputated. We went to Dr. Jackson to have one of his fingers looked at. Dr. Jackson not only addressed the physical problem, but also took time to talk to my son about dealing with his injury mentally and emotionally and about how to not let other people's reaction to his injury upset him. He was FANTASTIC!!!

I found Dr. Jackson to be both very caring and very competent. He spent a lot of time with me asking about my injury, discussing my treatment, and talking about therapy. He made sure that all my questions were answered before I left. His entire team was wonderful.

Dr. Jackson has been working with me since my freshmen year in high school with 3 consecutive broken arms and I have to say, what an amazing doctor. He has always been so helpful when it came to instructions on recovery and all the do's and dont's. He knew from the start I was an athlete so he made it a priority to get me back to playing the sports I loved as soon as possible. He was so genuine and welcoming every time I came in the office. Incredibly knowledgeable and just overall amazing.
