On each of three visits, it took a hour or more past my appointment time to see him. He never reviewed my file or MRIs, X-rays, etc., prior to seeing me. He always blamed someone else for not being prepared. He forgot he prescribed a medication, then complained about that same medication reducing my WBC and asked me why I was taking it. All three appointments were a waste of time.

Worst Dr ever, sent me daughter home with a sleep study machine when she had a concussion. He was told she fell but he insisted her lack of sleep the last couple of days had been sleep apnea.

This pompous egomaniac seems to add credentials at will. During our short patient/physician relationship, terminated by him while I was seeking a different neurologist, he became a psychiatrist and specialized in pain management, credentials not presented when I first found him. Recommending him to anyone else? This would be a negative number if such a rating were possible.

Staff would not send paperwork in timely fashion, had to call 5 times to finally just decide to fire him and find another care provider. Dr. Hwang would not focus on my complaints. Would not explain his care strategy. Very dissatisfied and would NEVER recommend his practice to a friend.
