Incompetent is a understatement he is a disgrace to medical professional never wants to look at you he always got his head buried looking down , I have no confidence in this guy he dose not listen to your needs ,his decision don't make any sense he dose not care about health needs when you telling him how much pain you are in ,and ask him for a. Prescription For the pain until you get appointment with pain management He said no just wait well that will be about 2or 3 weeks

Dr Helm is not the doctor for you. kept me waiting 45 mins from the apt time. did not see the doctor but PA . when I finally did see the doctor he was uncaring and totally devoid of any bedside manner. This is a doctor that want to get your money and move on. Please stay away from this doctor .
