Recently, my husband broke his humerus a few inches above his elbow and at the exact point where the stem of an implant used to repair a shoulder injury ends. The severe & unique break my husband suffered required a surgeon with specific expertise & we were referred to Dr. Harvin. Dr. Harvin was straightforward & compassionate explaining the complexity of the repair, including numerous plates, pins & bone grafts. Immediately upon meeting Dr. Harvin we were impressed and left his office confident in his expertise. We were not disappointed! Three weeks out and my husband is able to use his arm with minimal limitations. His second post-op visit was today. Each time we see Dr. Harvin we are even more impressed in how he interacts with patients, obviously putting their needs first. I highly recommend Dr. Harvin to anyone suffering a traumatic injury.

Went in with a severely broken leg and ankle. Dr. Harvin and his team did surgery on it and did a fantastic job fixing it up for me. I highly recommend him and his team!!!

Dr. Harvin repaired my badly fractured elbow. He explained everything fully, not sugar-coating how intense the recovery would be, so I knew what to expect. I highly recommend him - and his staff is very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Harvin. I had a bad break on my upper arm and was in terrible pain prior to surgery. Due to Dr. Harvin's skilled surgery I have not had any pain and my arm is fully functional once more. He is personable, friendly and very good at what he does!

Dr. Harvin was recommended to me by another Doctor, who said he was the best. I had a badly broken arm, and he performed surgery that was extremely successful. I feel beyond lucky to have had him as my surgeon. The staff was all very kind and helpful and it seemed like Dr. Harvin went out of his way for me as a patient. Dr. Harvin performed successful surgery on my tibial plateau fracture 2 months ago. I particularly appreciated his support in providing clear description of the alternatives available and risks/upsides of each one of them, even asking one of his colleagues for a second opinion. I am now able to walk again and expected to recover fully in the next few months thanks to Dr. Harvin and his team.

I broke my pelvis on 05.24.2019 and haven't been able to walk since then. It is now 11.14.2019! I went to 3 orthopedic surgeons at methodist and they all told me there is nothing they could do I just had to let it heal. The bones were getting more displaced, from looking at my x-ray even I could tell they were so far apart they were never going to heal ( I had multiple fractures). It was so painful that I would wake in the morning and realize I had fallen asleep at my desk because the night before I didn't want to get up to go to my bed because the pain was excruciating!! A friend referred me to Dr Harvin, he suggested a minimally invasive day surgery that could minimize the pain and it would heal faster. It wasn't healing at all and I was beginning to think I would be in a wheelchair the rest of my life!! I had the procedure done and was able to walk a bit the same day!!! I'm very thankful for Dr William Harvin.

I broke my tibia & fibia, I was so scared that I won't be able to be to walk again, but thank God I melt Dr harvin, I had surgery and within 2months was able to walk again.

From the first minute Dr. Harvin introduce himself prior to surgery at the emergency room i new im in good hand what prove to be correct also trough the flowing visits. 60 days since surgery Im almost at 100% mobility.

He performed hip surgery on my Dad. Bacteria found in the hip, 2 other surgeons get involved where it's done 3 times. His hip and foot are crooked. There was no credible explanation as to why bacteria was found. Who's to blame?

Dr. Harvin is the BEST surgeon in Texas. He is professional, friendly, and spends time with you. I am so very blessed to have him as my doctor. Will refer him to everyone. My parents were involved in a major Auto accident in August of 2018. They were rushed to SW Memorial Hospital. Mom had multiple fractures, both closed and open (bones coming out of the skin). Dr. Harvin repaired my broken hip in early December. Everything went well. Memorial Hermann Sugarland is an excellent hospital and Memorial Hermann Physical Therapists are outstanding. Dr. Harvin’s staff are kind, caring and experienced. Dr. Harvin is an excellent surgeon and seems like an all around nice guy! Very well run and efficient practice!

I’ve been with dr harvin over a year now. He is an amazing doctor and I couldn’t ask for better care. He addresses all concerns and makes sure everything is explained to you. He is a very understanding and compassionate doctor. I have recommended him to many people.

After an open fracture of my knee cap and subsequent infection which resulted in 4 surgeries with a different doctor, I was referred to Dr Harvin. Best decision I made as I was not able to bend my knee more than 35 degrees and now I am at 130 degrees and I am still gaining more flexibility.

Dr. Harvin is a fantastic surgeon that took care of me when I was at the Memorial Hermann Hospital due to my accident.
