Disappointed
Review of systems and current issues. Professional yet casual manner. One of my issues, mentioned repeatedly over two years, has never been addressed adequately. Pain management was ignored. A casual mention of 'cancer' regarding a lesion on my face (it wasn't per Dermatology) yet the only referral was to Pulmonary Medicine (appropriate with my diagnosis).I moved to Tennessee three and a half years ago and at that time my doctor had given me a poor prognosis. Despite this, I quit smoking and drinking and have been attempting to increase my activity to have quality of life. Those goals have not been obtainable, without the ability to sleep more than THREE hours per night. To add insult to injury, I called a medication into my pharmacy last night (Wednesday) for refill. The pharmacy had faxed the office twice for refill. No answer. Sadly this has been their 'norm'. It won't be refilled until Monday.

Dr. Harmon is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is very caring but also realistic. I have been a patient of Dr. Harmon's since 2010 and I will continue to see him. I swtiched insurance plans to keep him as my primary care doctor. He is awsome.
