Patient Care
I have been a patient of Dr. Haney's for over twenty years. He has guided me through a number of health concerns and always bringing me back to good health. Easter week I experienced an emergency situation. He arrived at the E. R. in a very short time of my arrival and orchestrated my situation through surgery that evening, monitored me through the night and the next day. It was obvious I had chosen the right doctor all those years ago. He was amazing!

Dr. Haney is extremely thorough and very attentive to my elderly mother. It takes a lot of patience and sensitivity to provide the level of attention that my mom needs when she goes to the doctor. Dr. Haney is the only doctor left who she will agree to go to because he is so kind and thorough. Dr. Haney is very thoughtful about selecting specialists to refer Mom to. When she had an adverse reaction to medication in the hospital, the nurses were ready to give up on her, but he wisely counseled patience and figured out the problem. For many years we were exasperated by the long wait times in his office but since he changed his practice model in 2017 that is a thing of the past.

I have been a patient of Dr. Haney for 8 years. The wait times were indeed ridiculous but he was worth the wait. NOW, he is in private practice under Ultimate MD and there is essentially no wait time. And he is worth the cost for private practice. A shame that the star rating is not a five all across and the lower stars are all several years back and notice wait time was the issue. Thankfully, no longer an issue.

I have been a patient of Dr. Haney's at ELIPS for nearly 5 months now. Outside of being an excellent skilled pain mgmt doctor, he is kind, patient, professional, and, along with his wonderful staff, dedicated to helping me achieve relief for my CRPS. He has been proactive and takes the time to help me understand my disease and what each injection can (and can't) do for me. Cronic pain is new to me so I get anxious, scared...and a whole list of like adjectives. He understands.

I've been seeing Dr. Wm. Haney as a patient for several years now. I never notice before his issue with time because prior to 2016 their office was a private practice, so with the long waits I assumed it was for that reason. Nevertheless, it comes to the realization that Dr. Haney is poor with time management & once you're in the exam room with him his advice is limited. Today immediately after checking in I'm told he's 2 hrs behind. Another 2 plus hr wait with a 15 min actual visit.

I would not recommend Dr. Haney because he over schedules his patients. average waiting for me is around FOUR hours. My last appointment I was told he would not be able to see me. his office recommended that I leave. the office seemed to hesitate rescheduling me. My new appointment was no where close to what I wanted. what is going on?

Dr Haney is excellent! His office and wait times are ridiculous though. Part of the reason for the wait times is that Dr Haney takes all the time that is needed with each client. But if you have an appointment you had better plan to be there several hours.
