Great medical care
My wife and I have been patients of Family Health & Wellness for several years. Dr. Gromko became our primary physician about a year ago. We have found the staff and Dr. Gromko to be patient, friendly and especially professional practitioners. We trust Dr. Gromko's advice. His recommended changes to our daily medicine dosages have improved our over all health. I am somewhat surprised as to some of the negative reviews for Family Health. No group of folks are perfect but we have found the underlining strength of Family Health is providing an environment where the patients are not rushed, appointments are easily made, waiting times are minimal and EVERYONE seems to have our health and wellness their first priority!

I have NEVER had contact with a doctors office that had such a rude and unprofessional receptionist!! Do not talk to Dawn as she is the most hateful person and should NOT be a receptionist. She cuts you off mid sentence, talks over you, and talks in a hateful way. She must really hate her life and/or her job. I will most definitely never go to this place again. Dr. Gromko should get rid of this burden on his business before he loses his customers. Customer service should be important.

Dr. Gromko is hands down the best provider I have ever seen. He cares very much for his patients and actually listens to their concerns. If he does not know something or is unsure, he will be the first to tell you that and refer you to the proper specialist. He is a great doctor!

This doctor has the worst office staff ever never go to this doctor because Dawn the receptionist is a very angry person and then they will terminate you as a patient. They will not call you to remind you every pointment then charge you $50 for a no-show every doctor I've ever been to or dentist has a courtesy call but this office does not have enough people staff to do the business so don't go to .... Very rude office staff..
