Horrible wait times, disorganized mess
Had appointment and was asked to schedule a fu in 6 weeks on my way out. Desk said they wants to see doctor notes and they would call me to schedule. Needless to say I have head nothing o we a week out. Not acceptable

Disrespectful, rude and incompetent
Cancer biopsy negative was negative, thank God. When I asked him if there was anything I could do about my symptoms he told me to "Come back when you're bleeding." Rude, disrespectful and incompetent.

Upset and humiliated
When you first contact them over at the IDAHO UROLOGIC INSTITUTE they behave very nicely at first. Their receptionist was quite compassionate and that was very comforting to hear after coming out of the emergency room having expelled a large stone from my kidney into my bladder. The staff seemed to know how to treat and fix my problem. I went to the office where they outlined what I needed to have done in order to cure me and gave me prescriptions for medicine. So I left the office reassured. Then once they felt that they had my business, everything fell apart "bait and switch" style. They said it would take weeks for the CT and months for the surgery. Then they stopped filling my prescriptions, and when I simply inquired about it, they reduced the quantity by %50. I called begging for help and it seemed that each person at the office required me to EXPLAIN IN GRAPHIC DETAIL my painful humiliating problems before ignoring me and passing the phone to a colleague for their amusement.

Dr Fredrickson is kind, caring Dr
He’s caring, listens to the issues at hand, and patiently comes up with best treatment plan . He is a smart dr with great bedside manner ! Glad we have him!

Left without seeing the Dr.
After checking in and getting taken back by a nurse, I was left in an exam room for an hour. The staff could not tell me anything about the delay, I know that in the medical field emergencies happen, but a little communication goes a long way.
