I used Telehealth for the first time and was fortunate enough to connect with Dr. Fogle. He listened to my questions and provided perfect advice, given his many years of experience in the emergency room. I did go to my local Emergency room. Fortunately, I did NOT have a ruptured tendon in my hand. I was able to enjoy the rest of my week end without worry.However, I will be seeing a hand specialist in my area as a follow up and for additional diagnosis.

I had a strange ailment (muscle spasms, namely a constant, all day and night, strong and fast spasm under my eye for two weeks straight). He seemed genuinely interested in helping me and gave me actionable advice, and also made sure I knew that I should get blood work done regardless. I took his advice and after a couple of weeks of treatment my spasm is FINALLY gone. Getting blood work and etc. soon because I know I should, but so glad that part is over. I see he has some bad reviews, and I have to assume that his casual, straight forward bedside manner is taken as condescending. I personally like doctors like that and felt very comfortable and heard with him. I don't need or want to be babied. I also have to assume that maybe, if a doctor sees your medical history or hears your situation and thinks you are 'one of those' kinds of patients, you might just be. NOT saying you are, just saying you might want to ask a therapist. I know doctors make mistakes! Just a thought.

Condescending, Unprofessional and Childlike

Clearly does not listen to the patient. Accusatory, know it all and refused reasonable request for treatment. As you can see with the other reviews, he is using Teladoc as a way to make himself money and not treat patients. Hung up on me like a 5 year old child as I was insistent and clear with my request for care. I wonder why he became a Doctor - definitely not to help people. Unfortunate if you get unlucky and have him as your “provider.”

Worst Telemedicine Dr Ever!

He was rude and dismissive and from the other reviews I've seen, I'm not they only one! He didn't listen and had his mind made up from the beginning. He didn't even let me finish what I wanted to say before he hung up on me, which again I can see is his norm! Which is completely inappropriate behavior for a professional. He was condescending, didn't explain anything and just hung up. I've had nothing but great experiences with telemedicine even when they couldn't help me and recommended I seek in person treatment, until this guy. I ended up calling my pcp and left a message after hours. I got a phone call back from them quicker than I did from the telemedicine company and they called in the prescription for me without issue. I think I'm going to skip telemedicine in the future thanks to this guy and just stick with my pcp!!! Do yourself a favor, skip this guy and find a better more understanding doctor!

Extremely RUDE

Had the unfortunate experience of getting this doctor for a Teladoc appointment. He was very rude and condescending. While speaking to him he audibly sighed, he didn’t want to be bothered. I also did NOT get a prescription or assistance. I immediately filed a complaint. I told the rep that I’m sure I’m not the only one who has experienced this and after reading the comments, I was right! I can’t imagine how he is in person. Disgusting people like him are the reason why patients end up dead.

If I could 0 stars I would

This person dismissed me right away over Teledoc. Didn't even want to hear anything. Told me he was going to deny anything and to just go to Urgent Care. Said he had a patient that died at 27 from taking too many antibiotics. I haven't taken antibiotics in over 7 months and the situations were not even comparable. This was not urgent or an emergency. I was just out of town. I tried explaining the situation and he told me I was frustrating him and I wasn't listening and then hung up on me. He only wants to collect the prepayment and hang up on you so you can't do anything about it.

Friendly, Punctual, and Knowledgable
Dr. Fogle was my physician via Teladoc. Immediately after I pressed submit to get a call from a doctor, he was online and ready to answer my questions. He was thorough, polite, and straightforward. He helped me learn how to treat my migraine at home in the meantime, while I await an in-person doctor visit with my Primary Care Physician. Thank you Dr. Fogle for your care and knowledge.

Super informative, patient, and kind. I had a pretty weird/odd Telehealth question and wanted to consult a doctor before going to the ER since that would be the only place open on the weekend for treatment - if needed. He listened to what happened and my concerns - even thought I know it sounded silly and really took the time to inform me of why his medical advice was backed by evidence and stats. I really appreciated it! Thanks Dr. Fogle, best of luck with everything! :)

I decided to try Telamed since it was a Saturday and I didn’t want to bother my pcp. This doctor judged me from the beginning of the visit and for sure had a superiority complex. He looked at my medical history and didn’t even give me a moment to tell him what was going on before he started berating me about prior diagnoses. He told me he wouldn’t be able to help me, and when I questioned it, he got more rude and then HUNG UP ON ME. This man made me cry and feel like I was an idiot for calling. This was my first Telamed visit and might just be my last.

Rushed. Rude. Superiority complex. Came into the appointment with his mind made up before even getting any info from me. Got defensive over asking questions like he should never have to bother answering a question from someone who isn't "on his level". I would rather suffer with what's wrong with me than ever speak to this man again.

Can't be bothered
Ended up with this physician from a Teladoc appt. I have never used this service before and never will again based on the quality of this practitioner. Dr. Fogle had his mind made up and categorized me as a certain type of patient before the H&P began. He was unprofessional and arrogant. I have never been treated with such indifference.

I had a telephone visit with Dr. Fogle today. He was articulate and very professional. He asked me several questions, and listened to my concerns. He advised me after hearing what I had to say, then recommended a treatment for my ailment. He then asked if I was comfortable with the medications he wanted to prescribe for me. Less than 45 minutes after our conversation ended, I received a notification from my pharmacy that my medications were ready. I am pleased with the service I received, and would recommend Dr. Fogle.

I saw Dr Fogle through teledoc today for a cluster headache. He explained the course of treatment and by the time I was off the phone and drove to the pharmacy, my scripts were ready. I'm giving him five stars because he was empathetic and informed about headache treatment. I finally feel better now after being in bed for several days.

Lacked empathy. Seemed bothered to take my Telemed call. Dismissive. Seemed rushed. I could really "feel" the power differential in a bad way. Superior tone. I never felt heard or like he even wanted to try to hear me. He seemed to value chart review & photo, but not gathering info from a live patient on the phone to actually consider what that adds to the clinical picture. He cut me off within moments of speaking if I managed to get a word in. I understand that the art of medicine involves a lot of gray area in which different providers can literally rightfully justify opposite decisions, so he will be able to justify the encounter on paper & to himself. I respect his right to exercise his own medical judgment, years of training / experience, certifications, and intelligence, and I'm glad some of the reviewers had positive experiences w/him, but I sure hope he is never at the other end of my insurance Telemed call again.
