To begin, Dr. Dowdell was perhaps having a bad day because I felt rushed and as though he was not really interested nor paying attention. The WORST part of my visit and afterwards is that the staff is not the most pleasant and the staff, after 3 weeks, did not do anything the doctor ordered as far as calling to get me new supplies and a new CPAP machine. Hello, I need this on a nightly basis. The office requested my prior study on November 20th and now almost 3 weeks later has not gotten it NOR have they even bothered to follow-up on the request?? I called on Friday with all of this and was told I would get a call back same day. Nothing. So confused as to how office operate like this. Wish I had went elsewhere. Not a good visit. I normally do not leave negative reviews but I have been so frustrated and had to do o much of the leg work myself that I want to save someone else the hassle. I have emailed the office manager, lets see what I get from that.
