Brought my wife in to Urgent Care in Philadelphia as she was dealing with a severe upper respiratory infection. He was rude (told me to Relax. when I politely asked how long it would be. When he came in he told us that had to be quick as his wife was hungry! He was unkempt - under his lab coast he had on a dirty T-shirt with holes in it. He didn't wash his hands prior to touching my wife. Barley looked at her with the otoscope, and was dismissive when asked about drug interactions. Rude.
