I really like this Doctor he is very smart and knows what he is doing very good he listens to his patients. I wouldn't change him for nothing or another Doctor

Routine stuff for the past 10+ years. While the medical care is less than optimal, Angie the face of the practice is the best person in that office and the reason I continue to return. She deserves an award for her dedication to patients.

I’ve been visiting Dr DeMarchi for over 15 years in both his Boca and Coral Springs offices. He is knowledgeable and does a great job making his patients feel comfortable. The staff are great and offices are beautiful.

Extremely hard to schedule or reschedule appointments.

You can talk easily with Dr. Demarchi. He answers all your questions. Quite knowledgeable & friendly. Blood for lab tests can be drawn on site. Friendly staff.

Dr. Demarchi is a very knowledgable and thorough doctor. He spends time answering questions and gives excellent advice especially now during this pandemic. He has certainly made me feel so much more relieved and has put the science of this pandemic in perspective. Dr. DeMarchi's staff is fantastic and they are very friendly. Been using Dr. DeMarchi for 14 years. Very friendly, professional and thorough. Now 81 he keeps me healthy by constant testing. Has staff that can draw blood in his office and get me a report from Quest within 48 hours. This doctor is exceptional and lucky for me to have him. His office in Boca Raton is upscale and easy to get to.

This is a review I hate writing. The office staff leaves you on hold forever. They also do not make sure referrals are done, you have to do their job for them. Ever since Patty left the Boca Office they are sadly disorganized and rude. I have health issues that should have blood tests run monthly and if I don't ask for the test they are not done. This deterioration in his staff and the fact that he either isn't aware or doesn't care is really a disappointment. If you want attentive care I would look elsewhere.

The absolute worst!!!!

Writing this review saddens me. I have been a patient for at least 8 years. My health needs have always been taken care of and I have enjoyed good health. I have noticed that the office has become disorganized, frequent staff changes and longer wait times. Last May I had an 8:45 am appt for a routine check up. I left the office at 11:05. I had a medication change that caused horrible side effects. I made 2 appts to discuss the medication. I was basically told to suck it up!!

Horrible!. This is by far the worst physician in the field. Arrogant, rude and shows no sympathy for your condition. Will not spend fair time trying to understand your condition neither come out with a reasonable diagnosis. If you appreciate yourself and your health, find yourself a good Doctor!

The Worst! Patty bawled me out when I called to let the doc know I was having serious side effects from a med and still trying to get lab results from months ago. Patty was screaming that she never heard of such side effects. I told her "google it". Had to get my lab results directly from Quest. Brought results to new dr. I was in stage 1 kidney failure due to that med I was having side effects from. His dog walking around the office `unsanitary!! Office staff incompetent. Dr. gives you 5 min

Dr Demarchi seems very caring, cautious, and thorough in his exams. Response as far as test results is abominable. I had a cardiac ultrasound, and it was 6 weeks before I received a call from his office staff saying the doctor thought it advisable to see a cardiologist. The nearest appointment for any cardiologist was, from that time, not for another month. The office staff is less than helpful and if you call, they cut you off before waiting to hear your situation and questions.

My name is Keith and I get no pleasure in writing this review. Dr. Demarchi is a good Doctor and smart man. He helped me!! Unfortunately, he needs to fire his nasty Office manager Patty(the Sister) at once. She was rude and offensive to me on 'several' occasions. After reading all the negative reviews, I'm not at all surprised. I tried to over look her extreme rudeness and return to Dr. Demarchi's practice. After speaking with the her last week, I will never return to this office again.

This is the worst physician's office from staff to physician. Everything is set up to bring the physician money and more money. I'm in the health field and writing this review. If you need anything or having a medical issue, you will need to wait 3 months or go to the ER. Office staff is very rude. I've referred my friends and patients and sorry that I did. We are all going elsewhere to a compassionate office staff and physician.

Rude office manager. Long wait time. No call backs.

Went into the office for standard checkup (blood) work. 3 weeks later I had not received any contact from the Dr office. Called 7 times and still had no results. I was told the that they could not find my blood results. Then they said they would call the following day, they did not. Finally, spoke to office manager, still no results.

Dr. Demarchi's practice has several nice amenities; however, there are just too many important problems. Some staff members are not courteous or professional. The office manager is just disrespectful & patronizing. The wait time is usually an hour. When calling, the hold time is consistently 20 min or longer. Overall, the atmosphere generates frustration & discomfort. I would not refer him to my family or friends. After only a few months, I am already looking for another primary care physician.
