Dr. William Delaney, MD

Dr.Delaney is an excellent, concerned, and thorough physician.

It's a community health clinic, so tranees do all the footwork before the Dr comes in, but he'll spend as much time to answer questions and explain things in a way that can be understood.

The staff is unprofessional. I’ve called several times and also left messages just to make an appointment and never got a call back. Got the appointment date on the 9th call. The day of the appointment, an hour before it, I received a message to call in before showing up. They never picked up the phone and I paid Uber to be turned away cause I didn’t call. But I did call several times. At one point someone picked up the phone and I told them what happened and was put on hold to be hung up on a minute later. So should I invoice the doctors office for Uber and the phone bills? BTW - never got to see the doctor here and I still haven’t heard from them. Which means they don’t care about anyone’s health.

Have been a patient of his for years. He is the only dr I've ever had to take the time to not only help with my health problems but to also ask about my well being, personal life and just generally how I am doing. He has helped me immensely cope with my problems and without him as my primary care I honestly don't know where I would be. He has helped my anxiety, coping with my horrible back problems and genuinely cares when I am not so depressed and have something positive to talk about with him.
