I was at the local ER at Providence Hospital because I was unable to swallow something that I ate the night prior, and Dr. Case was on duty at that time. later when I was scheduled; by his office I had to get my throat scoped along with going ahead and getting an which I had to have stretched, a long having a colonoscopy from this doctor, I have to say he’s not very professional. He didn’t go into explaining anything to me after my procedures or what was going on at all, just wanted me to get back in the office for a visit, but before getting my discharge papers, his nurse of 35 years which was told to me several times was rude and over explained situations that That caused my problems, supposedly but not knowing I’ve had for several years, which is obviously due to hereditary in my case, didn’t care what I had to say in the least.. I would not recommend him for any kind of procedure to anyone, He seem like he’s just there too make a buck off of me. He really didn’t care about my situation, and some of his staff was very unprofessional.

I had a colonoscopy. Dr. Case was professional and friendly. We discussed what was to be done in office. In Oct 2022, it came time for the procedure. I must say as an retired RN, I had excellent care beginning, during and end of process. Dr Case, nurses and staff were friendly, attentive, and all went well in a timely manner. I was informed at each step of the process as we went along. Dr. Case, Nurses and staff took wonderful care of me. I was very pleased. I will definitely recommend Dr. case and Providence Hospital. Thank you, Dr.Case

When I tried to explain why I was there he would turn his head as though he was having trouble hearing and was trying to read my lips. He seemed less than interested in my chronic problem. Asked very few questions, seemed bored and uninterested. I was sent to him through the VA. I will not be returning.

I went to see this doctor after the ER said I had stomach ulcers. He was very rude saying the ER had no proof of that, and he does not think I have stomach ulcers. He was ready to send me to another doctor down a completely different path chasing a different issue because he didn't see any issue. I had to ask him to do an endoscope to prove to him the issue was stomach ulcers. The endoscope showed three ulcers. He was quick to disregard the information I was given to misdiagnose me.

Dr. Case will get high marks with me. I had a choking problem that needed an immediate solution. An EGD was done at Providence outpt. GI LAB and I was much better the evening of that day. He was kind, sympathetic and professional. His bedside manner was very good as compared to other MD's. Approachable with educating me with problem. He was very easy to talk with. HIGH MARKS.

After72 hours of colon prep for colonoscopy we hear this from Dr Case“Your husband was not cleaned out(Dr knew that he was not) He has the longest colon I have ever seen I could not reach it all. This was the worst colonoscopy I have done in 30 years...” wow no compassion for us...it was all about him. I would not recommend his rude manner to anyone.

Dr. Case is ABSOLUTELY the worst physician I have ever met! I have never come across such an abhorrent, incompetent physician! For the first time in my life, I had a sudden GI illness and was assigned this doctor by the hospital. He misdiagnosed me three times, ignoring the correct diagnosis of three other doctors on my case. I had multiple tests and got most results from the hospital nurses, not him. If I dared to ask a question, he would sigh, roll his eyes and leave the room. Never use him!

This man is a bullying NARCISSIST!! He needs his license pulled. He treated me and my hysband like we are ignorant, and did not solve my problem. 4 days after seeing him another doctor saw an ulcer in my esphogus that was large and needed a biopsy. Dr case reported no findings. Stay away from this incompetent Doctor!!

He should not be allowed to practice medicine. I went there with a severe problem all he said is I am not going to be able to help you. I think it was because I had already done an MRI and CT scans in Troy Al Hospital and he would not get the normal kick back for having it done himself. He showed no interest in my problem at all. I only saw him one time, but I do not plan on going back to him. I did not feel like he was helpful at all. He actually made me feel that my questions were stupid and symptoms were not a serious concern. I may be wrong, but that is the impression I got from him. On the other hand, his nurse was awesome and she was eager to answer any questions and concerns.

Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. While my husband and I are continually telling him the issues, he continues to ask the same questions making us feel like we were supposed to know exactly what is wrong. He made my husbands issues seem very minimal (which maybe it is or not)and was not comforting or reassuring about anything. He stated, "sounds like a throwing up problem, lets just get an X-ray". We ended up leaving and will not be back, thankfully the office staff was understandin

Wonderful Doctor!!! From my first appointment to going home from my colonoscopy, everything was done in a professional and expeditious manner. His staff was polite, knowledgeable, and answered all questions. Dr. Case has a great bedside manner in addition to his expertise.
