Very unprofessional staff. Office people very disrespectful. We will never go back again.

Although the doctors are amazing, the front office never answers the phone. I had a slight emergency (running fever and needing antibiotics), and I called 3 times within an hour trying to get a hold of someone with no answer. I ended up having to go to the emergency clinic and paying 3 times the copay. I’ve also left messages and no return calls even though they say they will call back in 24 hours. The office also tends to close early at times and is just hard to get into if you’re a busy working family. We ended up finding a new provider.

QUICK APPT AND AMAZING STAFF

Do NOT see this man. He refused to run test or send my dad out to a specialist even after asking for one several times. He just kept saying everything was fine. It was not fine, after my dad asked to be seen because he was in serious pain and was told no he went to a new doctor and was diagnosed with lung cancer with in three days. My dad saw this man for years, he should have had been able to know something was wrong. What a poor excuse for a "doctor". 1 star b/c I had to click to post.

Insist on real doctor only! Why should I pay for doctor and see a lower level provider with lower diagnostic capability?

I have not met dr burns personally just his p.a. they are very good drs. Its just a shame that you cant reach anyone, and you basically play phone tag, and the nurse never calls you back, but she did answer 1 time, but that didnt help, the wait time is like minutes, thats pretty awesome but sad that the office staff is going to bring down such good drs. ??, but they do take walk ins and when i had a problem instead of calling, i went up there and they saw me

Thus place is a joke and should be shut down. Not only can you not make an appointment when you leave a message they never call you back. When you go in to the office there is never any room to sit due to over booking everyday. The receptionists act like it's your fault you're there and are just waiting for their next smoke break. I can not believe this place is still in business!

Impossible to schedule with this office!! I have never been able to get anyone on the phone to help me. Staff is alright when you get there, but you can never get there!!
