Dr. Bruck has treated me for a lower spine injury and for neck issues associated with a degenerative spine. He always listens thoroughly, explains options clearly and concisely, and takes the time to ensure you understand everything completely.

Dr. Bruck performed major back surgery on me 7/30/20. He did a great job and I'm able to walk without pain. His entire staff does a wonderful job taking care of patients.

I had tried for a week to schedule an appointment with Dr. Bruck. After leaving messages multiple times and e-mailing for over a week without a return call, I decided to move onto a different doctor. I am very disappointed.

I am truly shocked by the five star ratings here. This practice is awful about returning calls and Patient care. His scheduler, Regina is extremely rude, doesn’t return calls, and is very unprofessional. Doctor rushed through my appointment and didn’t listen to my concerns at all. There are plenty of good doctors in Dallas! Don’t waste your time with this office!!!! Only good thing I can say about this office is about his PA. She is the only one that seemed to care.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr Bruck. He, along with Lyndsey, his PA, Regina, his scheduler and the rest of his staff are AWESOME. They are kind, caring and will take allot of time helping their patients and explaining things in terms that are easy for non medical people to understand. We would be honored to recommend this office to anyone in need.

Given the longstanding reputation of the Carrell Clinic in Dallas, it really didn't come as a surprise that my experience with Dr. William Bruck was superb. After diagnosing a very tough back problem involving a synovial cyst on my spine, Dr. Bruck gave me the confidence that the problem would be solved and that I would be back to normal within a reasonable period of time. That was eight weeks ago and I'm already about 90% back to normal after two procedures conducted by Dr. Jeff Wasserman, also of the Carrell Clinic (See separate review). Dr. Bruck is a consummate professional and takes whatever time is necessary to explain detailed medical issues that are easily understood by non-medical professionals. He advises on the appropriate at-home care as well as provides excellent advice on fitness and exercise to help protect against future issues. I recommend Dr. Bruck very highly and feel extremely fortunate that I have him as my primary advising orthopedic surgeon.

This practice seems to have issues returning calls. The fact that their voicemail system asks you not to leave more than one message indicated they are aware of the problem but doying nothing to resolve it

I have had two surgeries with Dr Bruck and to say he is the best is an understatement. Both surgeries went very well and my recovery time was not as long as I had expected. He is very professional, skilled, attentive and personable. Everyone on his staff from Receptionist to Scheduler are all friendly, professional and always willing to help or accommodate his patients. I can't imagine, nor would I even consider, going anywhere else.

Dr. Bruck and his P.A. Lindsay are wonderful. They both explain everything in a way you can understand. Dr. Bruck is a kind and caring doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. He takes his time with you and answers all of your questions in a very respectful manner. You never feel rushed and he truly cares.

He explained my back condition to me at a level that both my husband and I could understand. I went for a second opinion, Dr. Brucks was very respectful of the other physician and agreed with me having the pain management injections and he made more suggestions for me to consider. He and his wife are very easy to work with to get appointments and work seemed to work hard to please their patients.
