He is an excellent doctor
Dr Brown is very knowledgeable, experienced, dedicated, communicative, considerate, and friendly. And he works at Baptist Hellth, which is one of the top hospitals in South Florida.

Outstanding doctor and surgeon…
I have been Dr. William Brown’s patient for over 20 years. The first time I met with him, I was interviewing various doctors about an upcoming Thyroidectomy. I decided to go ahead with him, as I felt very comfortable… he had terrific bedside manners. His follow up was stellar. To this date, he continues being my ENT, as he is very caring and concerned for my well being. Now my entire family also sees him for their health needs.

The Best
Timely very short waiting time. Took his time looking over me and overview all medications including others from other doctors. Very professional. The staff always courteous even if they were very tired from all the work they had performed that day.

Best ENT for me.
I have seen Dr. Brown for almost 16 years. I would not go elsewhere. My entire family uses him. His staff additionally is top notch. He treats me for tinnitus and hearing loss.

Never again
Dr Brown had me waiting in patient room with the door closed for what seemed like eternity while he was about 4 feet away on his laptop. He should take care of his patients before doing the clerical stuff. Dont bring the patients into the exam room until you are ready. His behavior permeates to his staff. Nurse took my blood pressure and unlike other nurses, did not advise me of results. I believe that Dr Brown definitely does not care about people..
